Another packed house. Another powerful REI Connect. 🔥

This month, Kay Walker took the room deep into the world of LAND—breaking down how she uses direct mail strategies to find opportunities, flip land, and create profit. 🌎💰

And the energy? ELECTRIC. ⚡️

A huge thank you to Kay for sharing her knowledge, experience, and game with our community—and to every investor, entrepreneur, professional, and future investor who showed up ready to learn and CONNECT.

We also couldn’t do this without our incredible REI Connect sponsors. Your partnership allows us to continue creating rooms where people can gain real education, build meaningful relationships, and uncover opportunities that can change their businesses.

CHARLOTTE, GET OUT THE HOUSE. 😂
DOWNLOAD THE @blinq.app ON YOUR 📱PRIOR TO ARRIVAL! And Charge up 🔋 that social battery!

This Thursday, we’re talking about how to turn dirt into dollars.

I’m hosting REI Connect’s September Meetup, and we’re getting into the REAL side of vacant land investing:

Marketing. Market selection. Due diligence. Funding. Deal structure. And most importantly, REAL DEALS.

But here’s the other reason I want you there:

Real estate is a people business.

Get from behind the screen. Get in the room. Shake some hands. Meet other investors. Ask questions. Build relationships.

You never know which conversation introduces you to your next buyer, lender, partner, deal, or opportunity.

📍 Heist Brewery | NoDa

My soul needed this show last night. 🙏🏽🎤

Durham, NC — thank you for showing up and supporting me like you always do. After 6 years away from the stage, there’s nowhere else I would’ve wanted my first show back to be.

The love was REAL. ❤️
