IT’S PUB DAY!! ❤️ EAST TO EAST is officially out in the world, and I am a published author! It feels extremely surreal to say that, and honestly, I could cry.

It’s been a long and arduous journey to get here, but we did it!! I’ve put every bit of my heart and soul into making this book what it is, and it’s been such a gift to watch it come to life.

EAST TO EAST is about navigating life as an immigrant woman, and how those experiences shaped how I cook. I promise every single recipe in this book is something I would genuinely want to eat myself! There’s something for everyone, from snacks made for a party, to vegetables that make you want to eat more of them, to an incredible breadth of coastal seafood recipes inspired by the bays of Mumbai and the incredible diversity of ingredients I’ve found in New York.

This book holds so many different parts of me, and I can’t wait for you to cook from it.

In a world where women aren’t always encouraged to speak life into their dreams, I’m deeply grateful to everyone who believed in my vision and helped make this possible. You reminded me why it’s worth dreaming big and seeing those dreams through.

Thank you to everyone who preordered, cheered me on, and has been part of this journey. It means more than I can say. ❤️
