There’s just something about Sedona…
It gets under your skin and stays with you. My time there was absolutely incredible — a little wild, a little magical, and completely unforgettable.

And now I’m heading back toward that magic… but first, Phoenix for the next two nights.

San Diego, you were pretty damn wonderful. Chris and Divinity, I love you both so much. Thank you for filling this week with so much laughter, adventure, and beautiful memories. My heart is full.

If you’ve been wanting some time with me, reach out and get on my reading & coaching schedule.

Eight Years! @vadaashley

Eight years of readings, coaching, life, laughter, tears, breakthroughs, and watching this beautiful soul grow…

And somewhere along the way, a client became someone incredibly dear to my heart. ♥️

I surprised her today in Phoenix, and that smile says everything.

I adore this beautiful soul more than words can say, and I’m so grateful that after all these years, she knows she can count on me—not just to help her navigate life, but to genuinely be there.

This is the part of what I do that means the most to me.

Sometimes the most beautiful part of this work isn’t the reading… it’s the relationship that grows from it.

Seven years in Arcadia ✨

From day one, the vibe here has been something special — a little mix of hard work, heart, laughter, and that “we’re in this together” energy that only a true neighborhood studio can create.

We’re endlessly grateful for this community that has grown with us… for the clients who show up with positivity and trust, and for the teachers whose passion for movement is the soul of our space. You’ve all helped us build more than a studio — you’ve helped us build a home.

Here’s to many more years of moving, growing, and staying grounded right here as your local Pilates studio.

Arcadia, we love you 🤍✨

✨Meet our new instructor, Vada! She’ll be subbing various classes at all locations 🫶🏻

I’m Vada! Barre has been a major part of my life for over 13 years. I began my journey in Seattle, and later spent several years working for Bar Method in Los Angeles before both of my studios there closed during the pandemic. That shift ultimately brought me to Arizona, where I now teach at Remedy Pilates & Barre and sub at various studios around the Valley. Barre is one of my true passions—I love helping people connect with their bodies through intentional, empowering movement. A major part of my teaching philosophy is creating a space where women feel confident, strong, and supported. My goal is always for every woman to leave class feeling even better about herself than when she walked in.

Outside of the studio, I’m a professional sound healer with both an online and in-person practice, and I host monthly sound bath meditation classes in downtown Mesa. I’m also the proud mom of my 11-year-old daughter Hallie, who is the light of my life.
