Last 24 hours in Copenhagen, and all I can think about is how lovely the city is.
Care being expressed through small acts and surroundings, a bit like in Japan. A land of bikes, quiet streets, and an eye for the beauty of everyday things 🤍

We went ‘Boots on the Ground’ in Copenhagen with Mati Pichci, chef, founder of Amator, and a man about town (he seems to know everyone!).

As one does in Copenhagen, we criss-crossed the city by bike as Mati showed us his favorite spots: a great breakfast, beautiful views, lunch & a swim, some favorite shops, plenty of conversation on culture & history, a lot more great food and a lot of good wine.

Consider this our unofficial guide to a great day in Copenhagen. Skål!
