This cake is absolutely delicious - Chocolate & Courgette (Zucchini) recipe from @vindiskitchen 😋 So moist and not overly sweet. Perfect 👌
🍫I was initially drawn to it as it includes sourdough starter/levain which I love to do and I’ll definitely be offering it to my customers soon while courgettes are still plenty.

For non ‘cup’ bakers who want to give it a go my conversions were -
👉 190g courgette
👉 100g of each sugar
👉 107g oil
👉 100g sourdough discard

I tease her constantly about her bread bubbles because truly, she is the focaccia queen 👑!

It was thus a no brainer that I was inspired by her turmeric, indian onions and chutney latest creation. I pimped it with some ginger and I used red wine cherry chutney in lieu of her suggested mango chutney. I also added the suggested nigella seeds.

Thank you Yen for your amazing baking and ideas. Do keep that #breadporn coming 🤣

Pain brioché de rêve inspiré de @vindiskitchen
👇Recette👇
-100g de strarter/levain (50g de farine 40g d’eau 10g de levure de boulanger fraîche 1cas de sucre roux)
-450g de farine t45 pour moi
-1cac de sel
-2 œufs
-1/2 tasse deau
-1/4 de tasse de sucre
-1/4 de tasse d’huile (de pépin de raisin pour moi)
Mélanger tous les ingrédients, l’eau en dernier, laisser doubler quelques heures, dégazer puis mettre au réfrigérateur 30’ a une nuit, mettre en forme à loisir puis laisser lever 30’ avant de badigeonner de lait et mettre au four à 190degres pour 20-30 minutes

Omg. Move over traditional garlic knots. This cheesy garlic sourdough goodness was so fun to make! (And eat!😋) I even subbed with vegan butter, cheese, and @justegg to make it vegan!
