As we kick off a new year I’m sharing MY 3️⃣ top things I learned about self-care in 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣.

•Sound 🔊 healing has the ability to heal and reset our frequency in just one session.

•Dancing 💃🏽 is a simple way to release stored emotions in our body.

•Having fun 🤩 whatever that looks like can be a joyful way to heal our inner child.

In 2026 will you find ways to have more fun, to dance and to let the music heal you???

If you wanna have some fun, heal your inner child and even lose some weight… stay tuned for upcoming @vybewellevents COMING SOON!!

Healing in Harmony Revisit 🌿✨
What an incredible day of connection and rejuvenation at Healing in Harmony! This past Saturday, we gathered at @resonatebaltimore with @melissatmusic to immerse ourselves in the transformative power of somatic stretch, meditation, and a soul-soothing sound bath.

This community of vibrant black women came together to embrace healing and harmony. The energy in the room was nothing short of magical, as we collectively released stress and invited in peace and balance.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to create this sacred space for healing and empowerment.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a memorable experience. Your presence made it truly special. 💖

Get ready for more blissful moments—mark your calendars for our upcoming Summer Solstice Sound Bath Vybes in June! Stay tuned for more details and let’s continue this beautiful journey of wellness together.
