Let’s set the stage__Vermont in Fall, a candlelit barn full of amazing human beings and a collaborative tasting menu that is about to blow your mind. We’re taking a little road trip and heading to the Green Mountains for a 5-course, paired dining experience rooted in culture, heritage and sustainable agriculture. This experience brings together the best of the best. Chefs Meg Tallon of @lottie.social, Jenna Wang of @wababaland and Suphada Rom of @chefsuphada blend their cultures and minds to create a menu that will make you blush. Haley Fortier @tin__and__gin will curate the beverages with women led projects, all slated to be a part of Femme Fete 2027. And who knows…you might just see a winemaker or two 😉

This week we blended passions // projects.

Our clients, All Square, held a golf tournament at John P. Larkin in support of Noah Kahan’s Busyhead Project. It was a hole-in-one! ⛳️ @thebusyheadproject @allsquaregolf.hq

Biraj, who built the Eat Vermont mobile app, was the lead ‘driver’ of the golf tournament app got to get outside and enjoy Wababaland, coffee by Abracadabra, and fresh air from behind the power of his laptop. ☕️🎂💻 @wababaland @abracadabracoffeeco adabra

Jenna Wang, of Wababaland, made a sweet custom cake - Busyhead themed - for the top fundraising team who in turn gifted it to a middle schooler who was absolutely THRILLED.

She was joined feeding the ~40 people there by Chef Becky, of the Quechee Club, who did some grilling. Of course we put out some Farmhouse Chocolates sea salted caramels as well (fyi we do bulk orders for events and corporate gifts!). 🍫 @farmhousechocolates

Many people don’t know that Eat Vermont, both the socials and the mobile app, is able to be a free resource for the community for three reasons:

Inaugural post to officially kick off this account, so obviously it had to be the truck. 🚚

The kei truck build we designed and fabricated for @wababaland has been popping up around Vermont lately, but yesterday it finally made its debut at @norwich.farmers.market , the place where Jenna first started fulfilling her dream to feed the masses!

We got to watch Jenna in action, serving baked goods and drinks on draft, while chatting with people about catering and private events.

Meanwhile, we took the opportunity to snap close ups of some of our favorite tasty design details across the build.

Like and tag/share with someone you know who’s been sitting on a portable food/drink/craft/shop/party-mobile dream of their own 👀 we’re ready to make it happen.

RETREAT OBJECTS. Intentionally curated objects have the power to make someone feel instantly at ease (and loved) when arriving in a new environment…especially when each object is created or selected through collaboration and/or intimate relationship.

Months before the retreat began, I worked with my good friend @katiegbowes of @thepost.supply to dream up personal touches for the dining room. As I already knew that Vilda’s food was a work of art, we worked with Ariela of @a_n_k_ceramics to create beautiful platters that served as canvases for the food to come. The colors that I selected for the retreat were purple + yellow and @madrelinen created these custom table cloths and napkins for us that made the space feel (even) warmer and lived in.

Many of you know that I am already enamored with the ceramic genius that is @bydacia due to our collaboration, The Lichen Mug. For this retreat, Dacia and I worked together to create the juiciest of mugs (remember the ripe plum reference from yesterday’s post?) that they were able to use during the retreat AND go home with.

For their gift bags, I chose thoughtfully and intentionally…choosing to invest in some of the women I admire the most.
