i won't lie, it was an intense wave and i leaned in heavily to my morning walks and writing to keep me grounded, but it also reinforced my joy in making food as a love language.

Let’s set the stage__Vermont in Fall, a candlelit barn full of amazing human beings and a collaborative tasting menu that is about to blow your mind. We’re taking a little road trip and heading to the Green Mountains for a 5-course, paired dining experience rooted in culture, heritage and sustainable agriculture. This experience brings together the best of the best. Chefs Meg Tallon of @lottie.social, Jenna Wang of @wababaland and Suphada Rom of @chefsuphada blend their cultures and minds to create a menu that will make you blush. Haley Fortier @tin__and__gin will curate the beverages with women led projects, all slated to be a part of Femme Fete 2027. And who knows…you might just see a winemaker or two 😉

honored to make this for olivia and sam's rhode island wedding and thrilled they chose my personal favorite flavor on the menu, hojicha cherry cream.

hojicha chiffon, white chocolate diplomat cream with chunks of sweet cherries, and vanilla SMBC, all made gluten- and dairy-free!! (s/o @countrycrock for developing some truly stellar dairy-free products) taken in Hartland, Vermont by @wababaland

celebrating the end of the summer term with the @ong.agroecology crew last week 🌻

we drank a full keg of passionfruit lemonade, ate cold slices of lychee tres leches cake, and ended the evening with the most perfect late summer river dip at wilson's landing. dreamy!

a playful and elegant cake for rick & carol's anniversary 💟 it's been so fun to forage edible blooms from around our property to decorate cakes and witness the passing of time through what's popping up and what's disappearing.

this is my strawberry lychee cloud cake—made with vanilla chiffon, strawberry lychee jam, and lychee swiss meringue buttercream. design inspired by the talented @julianapenteado, decorated with borage and goldenrod. taken in Hartland, Vermont by @wababaland

on the golf course with @allsquaregolf.hq & @eatvermont for an “end of august” tournament last week ⛳️ i got to post up with the truck between holes and serve the golfers focaccia slices, bacon cheddar scallion waffles, and @abracadabracoffeeco cold brew from the truck's built-in tap system.

i'm experimenting more lately with all of the truck's incredible features, aiming to create experiences that suit each event and make space for people to hang out, have conversations, and stay awhile.

Inaugural post to officially kick off this account, so obviously it had to be the truck. 🚚

The kei truck build we designed and fabricated for @wababaland has been popping up around Vermont lately, but yesterday it finally made its debut at @norwich.farmers.market , the place where Jenna first started fulfilling her dream to feed the masses!

We got to watch Jenna in action, serving baked goods and drinks on draft, while chatting with people about catering and private events.

Meanwhile, we took the opportunity to snap close ups of some of our favorite tasty design details across the build.

Like and tag/share with someone you know who’s been sitting on a portable food/drink/craft/shop/party-mobile dream of their own 👀 we’re ready to make it happen.
