Happy world weightlifting day to the sport that continues to empower and humble me, every session, every day 🙃

Just when you think you’ve got it figured out, the barbell reminds you there’s more to learn. And honestly, that’s why I love it. It keeps me humble, it keeps me hungry, and it makes every little win feel huge. Some days the bar feels light, some days it feels like a ton, and I show up for both.

There’s always something to fix and something to improve, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve learned progress isn’t just the numbers on the bar. It’s the patience, the mindset, and the person this sport helps me become. Every missed lift is just a step toward the next good one.

Here’s to another year of getting stronger, staying curious, and showing up for it all.

A great tune up for Nationals, or the Virus Series 1. Or.. the last chances to get into the top 12 for Senior Nationals on the Rogue Stage.

The IRON BORN continues to be a staple in the southeast, and we are pumped to bring a new look this year after 10years of Iron Born. This meet hosts experience levels from beginner to elite. Whether this is your first meet or your years in this meet is for you!

….. and that’s one. 🥇

First IMWA Masters & Adaptive Worlds in the books and first win. It really was a phenomenal experience traveling to Athens, Greece for this meet. I was a little on edge about it being the first meet on my healing elbow, but literally everything went so great through training and the meet.

I’ll post another reel later of the videos but these photos from @itsmomoemedia were too good to not share by themselves.
