For those of you signed up (or thinking about signing up);
The gym will be available for Friday afternoon/evening training as well as before or after class Saturday & Sunday!

L1 is good to learn and understand the sport/fundamentals

L2 truly teaches you to be a coach and program. So if you are a coach just winging it with your L1…. HIGHLY suggest you get your L2

*Those of you who are doing this course but haven’t signed up. Please do so ASAP, otherwise USAW will cancel the course due to low registration and those who have registered will also be cancelled on! Last minute will not work on this one! taken in Bow, New Hampshire by @waltneubauer

Congratulations to these new certified coaches who completed the USAW Level 1 Coaching Course this past weekend at @shooflyathletics in Fuquay-Varina, NC!

It was a great weekend of learning, coaching, lifting, and discussing the details that go into becoming a better weightlifting coach. I really enjoyed working with this group and watching everyone grow more confident on the platform throughout the weekend.

A big thank you to Shoofly Athletics for being an outstanding host and providing such a great environment for coach education.

Congratulations again to everyone who earned their Level 1 certification. I’m looking forward to seeing where you take your coaching from here!

I’ll be at @pawsitivebarbellclub in Bow, New Hampshire, on October 17–18 for a USAW Level 2 Coaching Course!

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your coaching development, deepen your understanding of the Olympic lifts, and sharpen your ability to coach athletes more effectively.

I’m looking forward to spending the weekend with coaches from across the region at an excellent host facility.

If you’re ready to continue advancing as a weightlifting coach, I hope to see you there!
