Back with another edition of m_boogs & friends with the homie @glo_phase !
I met him during his Buried Treasure nights with @wavegroove and was honored to spin there a couple of times as well. We also had a good time spinning some tunes in CDMX last year with our friends!
You can find him spinning at Apotheke in la for his new night @potion001
Glo Phase goes crazy with the hardware sets. Look up his set at Sunday Sessions LA on youtube. Crazy stuff!
This time he laced me with a dope house set and I keep the vibe going with some dope house & broken beat joints. Hope you enjoy!

The second TIME//FORM Japan 2026 session features @m_boogs.

m_boogs is an MC, singer, DJ, and music producer known for his work with the underground music collective Beat Cinema, as well as his involvement with Deeper Manila.

m_boogs first met TIME//FORM founder @wavegroove 12 years ago during their early days with Beat Cinema. Their friendship and musical paths have continued to grow together ever since.

This past May, m_boogs joined Pacific Drift 2026 for his third tour in Japan. Recorded in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, this session documents his artistry at that moment while preserving a piece of their shared history.

TIME//FORM: m_boogs releases Thursday on YouTube.

Music documented in time.

For Episode 016 of The Guest List, I’m lucky again to feature one of my favorite DJs, m_boogs!

Hailing from West Covina, CA, m_boogs is a rapper, singer, and DJ who is supremely passionate about making music and sharing tunes through his mixes. His music journey began back in high school battling peers through MySpace comments, while his DJing took root during quarantine with a new controller and some downtime. Driven by a love for curation and creation, m_boogs looks to heavyweights like Phonte, Elzhi, Sean Price, and Black Thought for his rap style, while drawing daily inspiration from his peers and the community around him.

*What’s the most important part about creation?*

“Staying true to yourself and your art. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Also, PLEASE don’t use AI.”

By The Homies. For The Homies.
