It’s been a joy to watch @mathew.meeker career grow since his days in Washington, DC! Seeing him become a @beardfoundation TasteTwenty chef this year was especially exciting. After catching up with @mathew.meeker and @nathansalovich in New Orleans, it was wonderful to finally dine at @wearefancypants and see him in his element!

Everything was delicious, the team was incredible, and you could genuinely feel how much everyone loves being there. So proud of you, Matthew, and all you’ve accomplished! Can’t wait to see what’s next. Keep soaring!

Tried out a fun dinner spot last wknd! @wearefancypants
This place is very creative with their dishes which I always appreciate, and the atmosphere is just🤌🏻.
They give you a welcome cocktail when you walk in, and also surprised you with fun snacks through out the meal which we loved!
We got:
- jammy deviled eggs (photo is blurry oops)
- beef Tartare. Comes with homemade salt and vinegar chips!
- I had the seasonal SunChoke angnolotti pasta. So unique.
- Ethan got the duck!
- for dessert we got the very popular birthday cheesecake which was 10/10🎂
- they also had AMAZING cocktails. The dirty martini didn’t get a photo but it was the best one I’ve ever had!🍸

FancyPants is one of those Nashville spots where the food, decor and hospitality all show up. ✨ The duck might be the thing that surprises you most, especially if you’re someone who thinks you don’t like duck. It honestly could be the dish that changes your mind. The space is gorgeous, the hospitality is top tier, and I’m already looking forward to going back.

I also sat down with the chef to talk more about that duck, so stay tuned for that conversation on TikTok.

October is Agrumato Month and we’re celebrating with 24 chefs and restaurants across the country who are bringing this year’s Agrumato-Method Olive Oils to life through featured dishes for a limited time. 🫒

Swipe to see how some of these talented chefs are using our Horseradish Olive Oil and Calabrian Chili Olive Oil ➡️

First up, hear from Chef Lawrence Weeks (@weeksinadaze) of @murrayscreolepub, about how he uses Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Oil in his Iberico Pluma Steak with Kilt Kale and Chorizo-Stuffed Potato Roulade:

“This dish is inspired by the feeling of a quick summer dinner grilled over flames. The pluma steak is rubbed in fennel pollen and chili powder, then grilled over a blazing hot grill. Most importantly it gets finished with a sweet maple syrup and rounded out with the tingly, spicy oil.”

Hear from Chef Mark Bolchoz (@chefbolchoz) of @canepazzochs, about how he uses Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil in their Baked Local Tile Fish with Crackers:

“The oil is super strong and horseradish-forward, while being delicate and light. So, I chose a gentle slow baked fish as a great way to showcase the oil.”

Hear from Chef Brother Luck (@chefbrotherluck) of @fourbyluck, about his experience with Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Oil in their Garlic Roasted Chicken with Apple Carrot Slaw, Focaccia Croutons, and Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil Pesto:

“Great olive oil shouldn’t hide in a dish — it should lead it. The Agrumato-Method Calabrian Chili Olive Oil gave me everything I love as a chef: fruit, freshness, and a gentle heat that lets the ingredients tell their story instead of competing with them.”

Hear from Chef Cheetie Kumar (@cheetieku) of @ajjaeats and @bigcat.brookside, about her experience with Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil in their Spanish Mackerel Crudo:

“I was so pleasantly surprised by the Agrumato-Method Horseradish Olive Oil’s beautiful, deep, and balanced flavor. It played so effortlessly in the crudo — it took the flavors of the tomato ponzu and the fruity pear into a complex, savory place, and the sweet sharpness of the kohlrabi was lifted perfectly by just a few drops of this beautiful, precious oil.
