Grateful to @wehaveadog_studio for hosting this Warehouse Exhibit and offering a space for dialogue and exchange. I showed a selection of recent ceramic works developed through my ongoing practice at @landwavestudio. I tried to question the persistent glorification of the phallus in public iconography and the historical erasure of vulvic forms through this project. Seeing these pieces inhabit a new context opened up fresh interpretations and conversations.
Thank you to everyone who came by and engaged with the work🤍.

“Collect, Compose, Curate” is an ongoing, life-long project that explores our relationship with everyday objects and routines. Through the acts of collecting, composing, and curating sculptural pieces, it invites us to reconsider the idea of functionality.

My work reframes ordinary items within both artistic and functional contexts, challenging conventional notions of practicality and structure. Infused with humour, poetry, and a trace of melancholy, the project acts as a quiet, continuous protest against the banality of daily life.

And it’s such an honor to be part of the warehouse exhibition. Thank you @wehaveadog_studio @__.freja for your wonderful support🍇🫧

Re-Imaging your Sandwich
Artist book making workshop

🪑🪑🪑

🕑Time: 15, Feb, 2025. 1pm-3pm
📍Address: Swiss Cottage Gallery, Swiss Cottage, Central Library, 88 Avenue Road, London NW3 3HA
Floor 1

With all the help of Camden Council, we are delighted to host the Re-imagining Your Sandwich workshop at Swiss Cottage Gallery, inviting you to return to one of the smallest units of daily life—the sandwich—and reimagine what it holds through the creation of an Artist Book.

In the UK, the sandwich is an everyday staple. You may have eaten one alone on a park bench or taken a hurried bite during a short office lunch break. It can be light, free, and convenient, but also lonely, atomized, or even lacking imagination. These often-overlooked sandwich moments are more than just acts of eating—they are slices of lifestyle, reflecting identity, the value of time, emotional connections, and social structures.

This time, we will use the Artist Book as a medium, inviting you to create your own sandwich—folding, collaging, and writing your daily experiences, memories, cultural background, and personal narratives into a tactile and readable artistic work. Let your sandwich moments become art—deconstructing, rearranging, and reimagining possible worlds within the smallest of spaces.

All artist books created by participants will be exhibited at Swiss Cottage Gallery, forming a collective archive of interwoven stories and shared narratives.
