Yes, we make superfood bevvies…but we’re building something so much bigger than that. This trip was proof. Real connection, real laughter, and a real community 🤍

P.S. our team is currently dreaming up ways to bring more experiences like this to our local community too…this is just the beginning! 💫

These 5 simple things have transformed how I feel, and my body has followed 💪🏻 what would you add to the list?

1: hydrating with electrolytes and eating (something) before caffeine. I can’t stress how big of an impact this had on me: way less anxiety, less energy crashes throughout the day, more steady appetite…I also get a lot of energy naturally now in the morning and no longer *need* to have caffeine most days, but I still have a matcha because I love the taste and the ritual. If you want to hear what really changed my mind on this, listen to @wellness.pharm on @well.pod

2: protein! I know, boring and very ~of the moment~ but for good reason. My body is leaner the more I prioritize protein, I don’t overeat and generally don’t have cravings when I’m getting enough. Our protein needs increase as we age btw 👀 and you know I’m holding on for dear life to my collagen & elastin! I talk more in depth about this on my solo episode of @well.pod from 3/26

3: the right workout split for my body. Currently it’s about 3 days of strength training, 2 days of Pilates and walks when I can. I’m not tracking anything, I don’t aim for steps, but I make the appointment with myself (and my trainers) to workout and surprise! Consistent exercise has whipped me into shape quickly after a lot of time off.

4: electrolytes! I run puffy and especially as I’m approaching 40 and hormones are getting a little wonky, I find I’m retaining way more water than usual. Electrolytes help to flush out the excess and maintain the proper fluid balance in my body. I usually use LMNT or good Himalayan salt but would love clean recs!

5: sleep - I know, 😴 but sleep is when we repair and I need more sleep at this age. When I get good sleep, I’m less prone to sallow dry skin, weird food cravings, low energy leading my to over consume caffeine and I’m just more effective and more balanced. I discussed how to optimize sleep with @kaylabarnes on @well.pod

I’m in a phase of my life where I’m traveling pretty nonstop, going out for a lot of meals, and while it does affect me, when I’m prioritizing the above to the best of my ability, regardless of my schedule I see and feel results 🙌🏻💞💪🏻

Cultivating a rich wellness community one event at a time 📍

The culture is shifting and brands are building presence WHILE introducing great products to audiences both online, and in person.

@irissupplements and @drinkvisp curated an amazing wellness event focused on movement, fitness, and an intimate community experience with both founders present and engaging with everyone. It was dope because of its simplicity.

No big stage.
No spotlights.

Just honest connections and community building.
It was dope for me to photograph this event and share with you guys a few photos that captured the feel that I saw while there.

Still glowing from our first Core & Chill in Miami 💫 Hosted by Visp & @irissupplements this experience brought together an incredible group of creators for an afternoon of rituals, movement, and community.

We kicked things off with custom blends at the Elixir Station, then flowed into reformer pilates led by the amazing @alexechevarria_ at @megaformerstudio thank you for bringing the energy and grounding us through breath + flow.

Deep gratitude to our official sponsors who helped bring this to life:
✨ @kromawellness
✨ @drinkmudwtr
✨ @omniluxled
✨ @sproutliving
✨ @clearstemskincare
✨ @try_create_
✨@biodermausa

And most importantly, thank you to the Visp community—you made this event what it was. We can’t wait to do it again. 💛
