After being at a desk all day typing and sitting in meetings, my side body alwayyyyys needs a little love / side body stretches feel SO good.

This side lying pose with a block underneath the bottom ribs is spicy in the best way, with enough sensation to focus on and help you land in your body and shift away from the mental chaos of work or a long day, and once you relax into it, the space it creates through both sides of the body is an instant mood-booster.

Save this for the next time you need a lil reset between your 9-5 and your 5-9. (Which I highly recommend btw, that’s a topic I’ll save for another time but especially if you work remotely, having a closing routine / ritual for your work day before you move on with your evenings is KEY) 💻🧘🏼‍♀️

+ also keep your eye on @wildgracewellness bc this pose, fully guided, may or may not be in one of my classes on there that will be dropping in the next couple of weeks 👀

Over the moon excited to share that I’ll be joining the team + teaching yin, restorative, slow flows and more online at @wildgracewellness 💫🦋

I decided to start posting + sharing on this page more consistently a couple of months back, not because I’m trying to become an influencer, but because I felt like it was time to open myself up to new opportunities, and I knew deep down that if I wanted new opportunities to find me, they needed to be able to see me. I saw someone say posting online is just increasing your surface area, so even though it terrified me (hello fear of being seen), I just started, and hoped it would lead me to new people and opportunities that felt aligned, and to say it has would be a wild understatement. 🥹

I’ve had friends and students ask me about recording classes or meditations and posting them online or on YouTube (which I’m so honored by!!) and the idea felt so interesting but I honestly just did not have the capacity to try to start something like that on my own.

So when @gracehargroder reached out about potentially joining her team and starting to teach online at wild grace wellness, it immediately felt like a full body yes. Her platform and online classes have been such a go-to resource for me when traveling or practicing from home, and I also just admire her so much as a teacher and friend. She has such an incredible vision for wild grace and is also just SO encouraging, empowering and FUN to work with (see her contagious joy at the end of the video above when I finished teaching my first online class after being terrified to start)!

I am so lit up by being able to share this practice I love so much in a new way through wild grace and so excited for all of the wonderful things to come. 🤍

Fall into Being — our full seasonal collection of practices through December, and the recipe guide we’ve been building — opens tomorrow morning. More on this soon, but follow along @wildgracewellness for allll the resources to build your home practice and rituals / routines to live your most vibrant, alive, and aligned life 🌞🍂

Love you, mean it, byeeee
