Ever bend down, sleep wrong, or move slightly different and experience nagging pains and that “seriously, again?” feeling? Here’s the truth: it’s not your fault — and your body isn’t broken. Most solutions focus on where it hurts. But recurring pain usually isn’t coming from that spot. It’s coming from how your body is moving as a system. When your fascia is restricted, your posture and coordination are off, your body compensates — and that compensation shows up as pain. Back. Hips. Neck. Over and over again. That’s exactly what we address in our FREE workshop: Pain, Posture & Performance Relief April 12th · 10am–12pm @ Functional Patterns Minnesota You’ll learn how to: • Release tension • Improve posture • Move as a connected system And finally understand why your pain keeps coming back — and what to do about it. Spots are limited. Save yours now. Click the 🔗 in our bio. #functionalpatterns #painrelief #posture #performance

We’re so grateful for the experience we’ve had so far at the @lindenhillsfarmmarket. This market has given us an incredible opportunity to meet and connect with fellow members of the St. Louis Park, Edina, Minneapolis, and surrounding communities. If you’re struggling with chronic pain or limited performance, you don’t have to accept that it’s simply “getting older” or that it’s “always been this way.” We’re here to build awareness around the solutions @functionalpatterns provides for people who are ready to think outside the traditional approaches and explore the underlying causes of pain, movement limitations, and performance plateaus. Sunday, September 6th will be our final market of the season! If you’re curious about what Functional Patterns could offer you, come stop by our tent. We want to meet you, hear your story, and answer any questions you have. See you Sunday! 👋 Check out our results 👉🏽 @fp.evidence #functionalpatterns #fpminnesota #pain #posture #performance

They want to keep up with their kids or grandkids, say yes to being active, and stop worrying about the next injury or limitation. If you’ve tried stretching, PT, massage, or chiropractic care, but the same problems keep coming back, it may be time to look at how your whole body is moving. At our free Pain, Posture & Performance Workshop, you’ll experience practical tools to understand your body differently and start addressing the root of your movement limitations. Your back and shoulders don’t hurt because you’re getting older. They hurt because of how you move. 🥊 And no, you don’t have to become a boxer to fix it. Here’s the thing almost no one tells you: that aching shoulder, that back that braces before you even get out of bed — it’s usually not damage. It’s a movement problem. Your body has quietly learned to reach, lift, and twist in a way that loads your body dysfunctionally. Years of that adds up. The ache is the bill. Boxing makes it impossible to hide. 👀 When you throw a punch, your whole body has to fire in sequence — feet, hips, ribs, shoulder, hand — or it just doesn’t work. A trained eye can see exactly where your body is compensating. The same compensations behind your pain. That’s why we brought back @tricia_a_turton — former pro boxer + @functionalpatterns Human Biomechanics Specialist. No sparring. No getting hit. No experience needed. Just you, finally understanding what your body’s been trying to tell you. 💚 🗓Saturday & Sunday, Aug 1 & 2 🕘11AM–12PM each day 📍FP Minnesota — 6440 Oxford St, St. Louis Park 💵$60 Members · $70 Non-Members 🥊Bring your own gloves 👉Tap the link in bio to grab your spot. Recurring Joint Pain → Active, Resilient Movement When he began training, recurring knee and lower back pain affected everyday activity and comfort. Through FP training focused on posture, coordinated movement patterns, and tension distribution, structural support improved and pain levels significantly decreased. The biggest change has been practical: he is now able to be more active with his four young kids and has developed the awareness and tools to adjust his body and resolve discomfort when it arises. Before FP (May 1, 2024): ❌ Knee Pain: 2/10 ❌ Low Back Pain: 4/10 ❌ Limited comfort during daily activity ❌ Difficulty staying active for long periods After FP (November 15, 2025): ✅ Knee Pain: 0/10 ✅ Low Back Pain: 2/10 ✅ Improved ability to self-adjust posture and movement ✅ More active daily life with his children ✅ Increased resilience in day-to-day movement Functional Patterns improved structural awareness and movement control, reducing pain and helping him stay active with his family.
