Not the season I expected, but definitely the season I needed. Shoulder surgery kept me off the court, but it didn’t stop the memories, the growth, or the friendships. Thankful for my first season at Lee 🤍🏐

thankful for the sport that shaped me into who I am today and taught me so many life lessons. Thank you volleyball for all the highs, lows, friendships, and a few too many concussions. I’ve learned so much in these 6 years of college vball and am grateful for it all!❤️

Clusters

Dividing a set with a brief intraset rest to keep bar speed high on a heavier weight

Great strength (physical and neural) builder

Underrated benefit? More reps practicing the skill of walking out and re-racking a heavier weight when building to a test week. Flames Challenge in three weeks 👀

3x1+2 :10 rest, 3:00 between clusters today. @vitruvefit VBT to keep us competitive and precise. Train hard, intelligently

Drill work for team sport athletes still has a high value if rhythm, coordination, shapes, relaxation/contraction rates are still important athletic qualities.

Not every shape will be perfect. But much improved from two weeks ago, after only two field sessions. More lateral movement soon for @leeusoftball
