Over the last year since The Teddy Dress has been live, so many beautiful sewists have shared their makes with me & each of them bring me so much joy 🥹✨ Recently, due to high demand, I extended the size range up to a 34 🩷 I reached out to a group of sewists & asked them to sew & photograph their versions of The Teddy Dress, so that I could have more photos of these sizes in The Teddy. To say I’m obsessed would be an understatement 🤩 more to come very soon!!

We had so much fun hosting our first ever Matchy Matchy May and we’re already looking forward to next year! We were blown away by the immense creativity we saw throughout the month and our judges had such a hard time narrowing down the winners. Let’s hear it for the testers!!! 👏 Pattern testers make the world go round, and I am so grateful for mine! Petal is a lightly oversized garment, with dropped armscyes for easy layering. Its panelled construction makes it the perfect canvas for colour blocking, print mixing, and scrap busting your stash! Whether you make it in a single colour or a whole rainbow, compliments are guaranteed 💫 I maxed out on tags, so here are the rest of the makers featured: @sewsyntax @mumumothball @weirdbirds Fit tested by @domestic.cats.domestic.crafts and @dee.dressup.design There are also a handful of testers who have not submitted photos for marketing purposes (extremely valid!!!) and I am equally as grateful to them as well 🫶 Everyone gave such thoughtful and considered feedback that truly helped fine-tune the final pattern. The #petaldress sewing pattern will be available this Friday, January 9th, on my website 🌸 (you know where to find the link!)
