Brunch at @WillowNYC, featuring a little something from @EatFyshFoods. 🥑

Willow’s Avocado & Salmon Toast brings together Fysh plant-based smoked salmon, creamy avocado, a poached egg, pickled red onion, and capers on toasted sourdough, served with a fresh side salad.

A brunch classic made possible with plant-based seafood.

A little throwback to one of the very first restaurants we designed — @willownewyork ✨

It’s always so fun looking back and seeing how it all came together — from the first 3D model, to the renderings, to the finished space.

Swipe through the process and watch Willow go from an idea on our screen to the real thing. 🤍

NYC got a million places to eat… but Willow had been on my list 👀🌱

So for my birthday, I finally pulled up and found out for myself.

The vibe was right.
The food looked crazy.
And that vegan cheesesteak? 👀😂

But did Willow actually live up to the hype?

44 seconds. Full verdict. 🎂🗽

Post 3/??? (maybe 4, but we'll see!) about NYC. 🏙️

It's almost like there's TOO much good food to share it all, so here's a sugar- and coffee-focused sampling. 🤩

Date night at @willownewyork 🩵 Matt and I aren’t vegan, but boy did this food blow us away. If I do happen to have any vegan friends in nyc: add this to your list to eat at! 🍔 Guys do you think I should let Matt do all my voiceovers? Clearly he’s a pro 😏 (ps. this restaurant is kosher too!)
