In-season training is a skill.

It’s knowing when to push and when to pull back.
It’s getting in, getting quality work, and getting out.

45 minutes.
Heavy and fast.
Long rest.
Leave the gym feeling better than you walked in.

If you’re chasing soreness during the season, you’re training against performance.

Arm Care with teeth

Single-arm hand-assisted chin ups.
Single-arm push ups.
Lizard crawls.

Every rep demands scapular control, rotational torque anti-rotation stability and true shoulder integrity.
