YOUR FUTURE CRNA MIGHT BE TRAINING WITH ME TODAY.

That’s why MENTORSHIP MATTERS.

Every CRNA shadow day is more than anesthesia cases. It’s an opportunity to shape the next generation of CRNAs. To teach them to think critically, stay vigilant, lead confidently, and never forget the patient at the center of everything we do.

Today, they’re ICU RNs—->SRNAs
Tomorrow, they’re colleagues.
And one day, they’ll be mentoring the generation after them.

The future of nurse anesthesiology is BRIGHT—and anesthesia care is in very capable hands.

Who helped shape the CRNA you are today? Tag a mentor who made a difference.

AANA Annual Congress 2026 💙✨

What a week of connection, leadership, mentorship, and community! From meaningful conversations and inspiring educational sessions to celebrating accomplishments, welcoming future CRNAs, and creating memories together, Boston reminded us why gathering as a profession matters.

FANAS was proud to show up, represent, and connect with CRNAs, SRNAs, RNs, colleagues, and friends from across the country. 🇵🇭🇺🇸

We celebrated our leaders, strengthened old friendships, built new ones, supported the next generation, and shared plenty of laughs along the way. Because Congress is about more than education, it’s about finding your people and remembering that community and opportunity grow when we come together.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the FANAS booth, connected with us, supported our mission, and made AANA Congress 2026 one to remember.

Until next year! 💙💛

Stronger numbers. Stronger mentorship. Stronger community.

What makes FANAS so special is that we are deeply grounded in our Filipino cultural heritage and guided by the spirit of Kapwa—our shared identity and interconnectedness—and Bayanihan—coming together to serve and uplift those in need.

These values were at the heart of our success at the AANA booth and our sold-out karaoke fundraiser. Everyone stepped forward, helped one another, and represented FANAS with pride, generosity, and unity.

Our Filipino culture keeps us grounded and reminds us why we serve. Together, we will continue building a stronger future—not only for our Filipino colleagues and the next generation, but for every Filipino and non-Filipino member of our growing FANAS family.

Thank you to our volunteers, Executive Board members, and everyone who helped make this incredible weekend possible. Your time, energy, teamwork, and support truly brought the spirit of Kapwa and Bayanihan to life.

Maraming salamat, FANAS family! See you all next year at AANA in New Orleans 2027!

Happy 4th of July 2026 🇺🇸🥳
250 years of ya! 😍
Headed to Crooklyn with my sisters. Didn’t get into the ticketed area (despite having tickets and coming early 😅) but still managed to get a view. It’s the company that matters anyway 😉💕😍.
