I don’t think I’ve ever felt so sure of who I am while simultaneously questioning so much about where I’m going.

this year has stretched me, humbled me, pissed me off, surprised me, and made me proud as hell.

I’ve outgrown things I once begged for. Let go of versions of myself I thought I’d be forever. And started making room for things I used to be scared to even say out loud.

some chapters change you before you even realize you’re turning the page.

and for the first time in a long time, I’m not trying to rush to the ending.

♡xo,

Because the world doesn’t need more small talk. It needs real connection.

We are being desensitized to FEEL.
To CONNECT.
To be INSPIRED.
Everything feels grey.
The color has drained from your eyes.
And in a world where resistance feels pointless and pain feels inevitable…
✨ What if you chose to fight back through community, connection, and creation?
What if you took one weekend away from all the noise…
To re-center.
To re-engage.
To re-ignite.
💭 Why are you here?
💭 What is your purpose?
💭 Where are your people?
The friendships that last are the ones that go deeper…
that hold space for the vulnerable,
and give you permission to simply BE.
That’s what this retreat is about.
A space to be held.
To laugh, to rest, to create.
To come back alive.
Because the opposite of hate isn’t peace… it’s creation.
Your dreams are begging to be set free:
you just need the spark.
Don’t let fear or guilt stop you from saying yes to yourself.
👉 Comment Retreat below & I’ll send you all the details directly.
This is your sign.
Your seat by the lake is waiting. 🌙✨

And this retreat doesn’t end when the weekend is over — all attendees are invited to a post-retreat moon circle so you can keep integrating what you experienced into your everyday life. The retreat that keeps on giving.

Confidence didn’t just happen for me one day. It came from choosing to show up in small, messy, sometimes uncomfortable ways — and those choices added up.

Here are 3 shifts I made (and how you can try them too ⬇️):

1️⃣ I stopped waiting to feel ready.
If you wait for the day you “feel confident,” you’ll be waiting forever.
👉 Try this: ask yourself, what’s one thing I’d do today if I already trusted myself? Then do it before you talk yourself out of it.

2️⃣ I honored my messy middle seasons.
I used to think confidence only came once things looked “perfect.” But the truth is, I had to start where I was — postpartum body, chaotic schedule, imperfect routines and all.
👉 Try this: instead of avoiding the mirror, look at yourself and find one thing to thank your body for. Confidence grows when you stop abandoning yourself in the messy middle.

3️⃣ I practiced habits that matched my future self.
Confidence didn’t come from one big leap, it came from stacking habits that made me feel like her — journaling, moving my body, setting boundaries.
👉 Try this: write down the habits of your most confident self. Pick ONE and start today.

💛 The secret? Confidence shows up after action, not before.

Which of these shifts are you going to try this week?
