A little quiet since USA’s… but here’s the recap. I started writing about placings, then deleted it. It isn’t really the part that matters. Five competitors. Five first callouts. Five people who showed up with heart, grit, and discipline. If character, integrity, and class were judged, they’d have walked away with Pro Cards too. At this point, building physiques is the easy part. Training, nutrition, and protocols matter, but there isn’t much magic to it. If you have the genetics and you’re willing to do the work, we can build an incredible physique. What still fascinates me is who people are beyond what you can see. If the best thing about someone disappears when I close my eyes… that’s not very interesting. These five brought great physiques, but even better character. That’s what I’m most proud of, and it’s what I value most now. Thank you for trusting us with something that means so much to you, and for giving us meaningful work to do. We’ll keep building the exterior, but more importantly, we’ll keep building the person underneath it.

NPC USA BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP 2026❤️ •my first national show, a moment 2 years in the making, and I could not be more happy with what an incredible experience it was. From the moment I got off the plane I was never nervous, just excited for this experience and I soaked up every moment🩷 •First I want to say thank you to my coaches @huyenperson_ifbbpro & @johnwperson who have believed in me from the moment we started this journey together 2 years ago🩷 I never imagined at the beginning that we would end up here and now I know that we have so so much further we can go together. So thank you for taking a chance on me and building me from scratch! I love you guys❤️ •Next I gotta thank my team for there support at every show this season and in the gym, the family dynamic we have been able to build means so much to me. Special shoutout to @yayizzll , we have grown so much since we met on stage for the first time almost a year ago both as athletes and as friends and I am so grateful that God brought us into each others paths, he knew exactly what we needed before we did💖 love you sis •of course the biggest shoutout to my mom💖 she has been my #1 fan and a major part of my glam squad since I was 8 years old on my first pee wee cheer team, to every high school event, every all star cheer competition, she’s the one who makes me pretty. But more than that, she is my voice of reason when the chaos is too much and without her the best versions of me don’t exist so, thank you mommy, for everything you do for me everyday and for being my best friend always🩷 •and finally thank you God for putting me on this path and allowing me to dream big while also giving me the strength to fight for those dreams🙏🏼 I prayed for this long ago and you always have answered💖

USA Day 1 in Vegas ✅❤️ This weekend reminds us why we love this sport so much. The early morning prep, getting our girls ready for their big day. The smell of tanning products filling the venue. The butterflies as we watch them step on stage….it never gets old. The smiles. The tears. The quick grab-and-go meals… because what coach actually sits down to eat on show day? lol The hugs. The short conversations with our peers. This community is truly something special. The chance to catch up with dear friends. And ending the night with a salad from the 24-hour café and a Diet Coke in our hotel room at 10:30 p.m. after one very long, but incredibly rewarding day. We love every second of it. And this morning, we wake up and do it all over again. Because at the end of the day, it’s never just about the placing. It’s about being there. When we tell our athletes, “We’re here for you. Always.” This is exactly what we mean. From the early mornings to the late nights, through every peak of excitement and every moment of uncertainty….we’re all in. For those who are wondering… ✨ Every one of our girls earned a spot in first callouts. ✨ Yaya placed 4th at her very first National show. We couldn’t be more proud. Now onto Day 2. Let’s go. ❤️💪

If abs are made in the kitchen, I’ll have whatever @yayizzll is having. 😂 Although judging by these photos, I’m pretty sure it’s 97% tilapia and asparagus, with the occasional cheat meal of…egg whites. 😭💀 Absolutely unreal discipline. 👏🔥 #TacomaPhotographer #FitnessPhotography #NPCBikini #FitnessModel #HardWorkPaysOff

Post chest workout yesterday. Honestly, I look like I’m on a full-blown contest-prep cycle. The reality? I’m only two weeks into pushing things a little harder after spending the last six months doing the bare minimum. Current cycle:• 500mg Test• 400mg Mast• 4 IU GH daily• 50mg Anadrol No Tren.No crazy stack. No secret hardeners. Just a couple weeks of consistency after six months of cruising and training 3-4 days per week. Here’s the part most people don’t want to hear: You don’t need a lot to look like you do a lot. You need years. It took me 6+ years of building muscle, learning my body, making mistakes, and staying in the game long enough to create a physique that I can now maintain relatively easily. My current approach is boring: • Train hard 4-5 days per week• 20 minutes of cardio 3-4 times per week• 12-15k steps every day• Protein around 250g• Fat around 60g• Carbs around 250g I haven’t strictly tracked food in about 7 months. The most underrated variable? Daily steps. Not another supplement. Not another training split. Not another “game-changing” protocol. Walking. Most people stay stuck because they’re constantly changing things. New program.New diet.New supplement stack.New strategy every two weeks. When you’re always changing directions, it’s impossible to know what’s actually working. Pick a plan.Execute it long enough to learn from it.Make small adjustments.Repeat. The people who look the best are usually doing less than you think. They’re just doing it for longer. If you need help simplifying the process and building a plan you can actually stick to, send me a DM. Let’s get to work. #Bodybuilding #MensPhysique #FitnessCoach #OnlineCoach #Transformation

Some do bodybuilding for fun. Others do it chasing validation that never comes… and even when it does, it fades fast. Never forget: if you don’t genuinely enjoy this… if it becomes anything other than love for the process… eventually there will only be losses waiting for you. The stage can’t fill holes the sport didn’t create.” Or a more concise, colder version that fits the photo vibe really well: “Some do bodybuilding for fun. Others do it searching for validation. The dangerous part? Even when you get the validation… it expires. If you don’t truly love this, bodybuilding eventually collects its debt.
