And just like that (😂😂😂😂😂😂😂) she's done #effiemandala live on my etsy - link in bio

I learnt a lot publishing this pattern, mainly that my first drafts don't make sense, and secondly that it really does take a village so thank you from the bottom of my heart @ycswid @yarnesthete @bokkyshome and @aparnakoneri for being my village 💖

Today I am grateful for time taken to notice little moments of gratitude.

🌞The sun streaming in through the beautifully frosted window ❄️
How glorious hot coffee feels as it warms my entire body ☕
My nose not being stuffy 👃

In June of 2016 I started a FB group but since I am now using IG I want to bring Growing Your Gratitude here

Enjoy the posts or be inspired to share your own posts. To help you here is a beginners guide to growing your gratitude.

Dip your toes in the water - Start small. Commit to recognizing one thing you are grateful for each day. You could choose this to be the start or end to your day. Maybe a midday gratitude would work well in your schedule. A few minutes to write a sentence of gratitude, done daily, will change your life. Share how you are #growingyourgratitude. ❤

Now that you have tested the waters go in to your knees - Dig a little deeper. Find a photo that expresses your gratitude for the day. Do a search using your feelings as search words and then click on images. Find a picture that resonates with your gratitude and post it along with your sentence. By taking a few more minutes to be in your gratitude and adding another sense, sight, you will expand the feeling and #growyourgratitude a little more each day.

Once you get comfortable go waist deep - Share the heartfelt feelings that your gratitude brings. Once you get emotional with your gratitude you trigger your brain to start working. You are beginning to rewire your brain and #growingyourgratitude when more of your body and soul are included in your daily practice

Share your gratitude in the comments or on your acct and tag this account @growingyourgratitude or use the #growingyourgratitude hashtag. I love reading your posts 💞

Today I am grateful for lessons learned through frustration.

Let the emotion surface and avoid pushing down any negative emotion. Give yourself permission to feel the necessary feels and then look for the lesson in the frustration

I learned that if a business makes a promise get it in writing 👍

Today I am grateful for 7 years of lessons.

We moved to the bush June 1, 2014. A journey of 800km north of 55 years of my life. We really did not think through all the details of off-grid living in a locale where we knew no one nor did we know the area but we were very excited to begin a new chapter of our lives.

It has not been easy doing what we chose to do at this time in our lives but now 7 years later I am finally feeling at a place where all the lessons learned (and there have been far too many to even track) have brought me to exactly where I want to be.

This now feels like home. It feels like where I belong. As I walk around doing daily chores it feels like what I was meant to do and what I have longed for these past 7 years.

Don't give up too easily because sometimes clarity takes time.
When things look fuzzy step back to to see more of the path and allow clarity to develop to the photo you hold inside your heart ❤️

Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls happy - Marcel Proust

I have noticed this theme to my gratitude for the last few days. I feel my heart opening.

Having a difficult hour/day/week seems to be happening with more regularity at this time. More and more people are finding frustration with all that is out of their control. I know I am one of them. I use gratitude to help dig me out.

There are times where I focus on one big gratitude and dig into it with as many of my senses as possible but at times I find that unavailable because of my state of mind.

In those times listing the tiny things I am grateful for helps to remind me how very much gratitude there is around me. This helps me reset my mindset

Are you having difficulties? Have you tried the tiny things list? It may help you reset too.
