After a first time purchase of Lactancia cream cheese and finding it pourable I made a complaint via their online form. I received an email a week later asking to call their call center. I did and was told I would receive a coupon in 4-6 weeks. That was June 12th. I called on September 8th to say I still had not received anything. I was told a coupon was sent out the week before but since my request was for 2 coupons as 1 was to replace the defective product I requested the second as a thank you for continuing to be a valued customer after all the time taken (it has now been 3 months) They absolutely refused. In fact they called 3 additional times to advise me that they would only send 1 coupon. @lactaliscanadafoodservice is actually a foreign owned parent company of Lactancia and many other 'Canadian' brands that I will now be boycotted until I am acknowledged as a valued customer and not someone whose time can be wasted. If you read this far please share so others are aware of this company that does not value its customers nor their time. by @ycswid

Got 6 cords of wood delivered. Spent a couple of days splitting and stacking so far (we don't use huge pieces like most folks because we only heat 300 sq ft)

Not too shabby for two seniors. Keeps us active and living life. by @ycswid

Who doesn't love the smell of wet dog. He hides out in the shed if it's hot or buggy but 13 and raining without bugs Jax is out getting soaked... #anatolian #pyrenees #akbash by @ycswid

Last day for those who are traveling to freezer camp for 2026. Last 7 to join the 20 other campers who have already departed.
Been doing this for 9 years. First year it was snowing and we had no cover so I am not going to complain about 13 and raining. by @ycswid

Battery upgrade! Spent 6 hours yesterday switching out from lead acid to lithium. It's the first time we have messed with electricity and happily it went smoothly. Just a few cables to tie down and we are sent for a decade or so
