🏃‍♀️ Recovery is just one reason to come to the pod.

For runners, yoga can be a great way to complement your training — helping you build mobility, maintain strength, improve flexibility and give your body some much-needed time to slow down and reset.

But honestly, there are plenty of reasons to roll out your mat 💜

Whether you come to stretch, sweat, switch off, build strength or simply take an hour for yourself…

Why do you come to the pod? Tell us in the comments 👇

💜 More than just exercise 💜

For so many of us, yoga is the time we spend tuning back into ourselves.

A chance to switch off the noise, reconnect with our breath, and leave feeling a little lighter than when we arrived.

The movement is great, but it's how it makes you feel that keeps you coming back.

How does an hour in the pod make you feel? Tell us in the comments below ✨

DAY 19/21

6/10 today.

Missed:
• Wake Up at 4:30 AM
• Detox Juice
• Book Reading
• Running / Workout / Gym

And honestly...

today humbled me.

Because after 18 days, I thought I had figured everything out.

I thought discipline was finally becoming automatic.

Then today happened.

Low energy.
Low focus.
Low momentum.

And it reminded me of something important:

Growth is never a straight line.

Some days you'll feel unstoppable.

Some days you'll struggle with the same habits you've been fighting for years.

That's normal.

What's not normal anymore is quitting.

A few months ago, a day like this would've been the beginning of another failed attempt.

I would've told myself:

"Maybe next month."
"Maybe next Monday."
"Maybe when life gets easier."

But life doesn't get easier.

You get stronger.

And strength is built on days exactly like this.

Days when you don't perform your best.

But you refuse to abandon the journey.

Today wasn't a win.

But it wasn't a loss either.

Because I'm still here.

Still tracking.

Still learning.

Still showing up.

And that's the biggest change this challenge has created.

I've stopped measuring success by perfect scores.

I measure it by whether I continue.

Two days left.

And regardless of the score...

I'm finishing what I started.

"Discipline is not about never falling.

It's about getting up one more time than you fall."

Day 20 starts tomorrow.

No excuses.

No hiding.

No quitting.

THIS ✨🤍⬇️

Something I’ve been thinking about recently…

It’s funny how often we put the things that make us feel good at the bottom of the list.

Not just workouts or eating well, but the simple stuff too.

Going for a walk.
Getting outside.
Seeing a friend.
Moving your body.
Having a proper laugh.
Taking a moment to slow down.

We tell ourselves we’ll do it once work is done, once life is less busy, once we’ve ticked everything off the list.

Health is so much more than exercise and nutrition. And sometimes the things that support our health the most are the very things we convince ourselves we don’t have time for.

Just a little reminder ✨
