PADEL & YOGA IS HERE 🧘‍♀️🎾✨

We’re bringing something new to Padel Power…

Join us and Yoga With Ems for the perfect midweek reset — an energising yoga flow, followed by an hour of padel, then matcha and good vibes to finish. 🍵

And it turns out yoga and padel make a pretty good match 👀

Yoga can help improve mobility, balance and flexibility, while opening up the shoulders, hips and ankles — all useful for moving freely around the court and reaching those awkward shots.

No yoga experience? Never played padel? No problem. This session is for all levels and is all about moving, trying something new and having a great morning.

🧘‍♀️ 1 hour Yoga with Ems
🎾 1 hour Padel
🍵 Matcha Social
📅 Wednesday 12 August
⏰ 9:30–11:30am
💷 £20 per person

Two hours. Two ways to move. One feel-good morning. ✨

Spaces are limited — book your spot via Playtomic
