We’re planning retreats in Italy! Do you have any tips, or are you curious to join us? Get in touch! ✨🧘‍♀️🍷🍇🎨☀️🕶️🇮🇹

---

We’re looking for a place to rent in Italy for recurring retreats — ideally with a host who shares our interests and would love to build a warm, lasting partnership. ☀️

We’re Kim and Therese, best friends with a shared love of wellbeing, creativity and wine.

Kim is a sommelier and creative, and Therese is a yoga teacher and bodyworker. Next year, we’d love to bring together yoga, wine tasting and painting in an intimate retreat experience. We’re looking to rent a villa with a pool and a spacious patio or terrace.

Our ambition is to build a long-term partnership with an owner or local host who shares our interests and would enjoy helping our recurring retreats flourish through hospitality, local knowledge and shared ideas.

We’d love to explore together what that could look like.

Could this be you, or someone you know? Please get in touch in the comments or send us a private message. 🌿

You can find out more about what we do here:

Warm wishes,
Kim & Therese

🪷 Inner Seasons. Gathering of the Sisters. 🫧Guided by Therese Lind Bjellder & Jenny Berglund Castro. An afternoon to slow down, land in your body and gather in sisterhood. 🥰 Open for all women, no matter age or what phase you are in in your life. We open the circle by candlelight with breath, intention and mantra. Together we explore the four phases of the female cycle: 💗menstruation, 💗the follicular phase, 💗ovulation and 💗the luteal phase. We look at how each phase brings its own energy, and how we can listen to what the body needs instead of asking the same of ourselves every day.

Then there’s quiet time for journaling and reflection, followed by a sharing circle. Each woman speaks from the body and is listened to without interruption or advice. We move gently and intuitively, sink into deep rest with yoga nidra, and close the circle together. 🧝🏼‍♀️No fixing. No performing. No comparing. Just witnessing, listening and remembering that we don’t have to walk alone. 3.5 hours together, in circle.

Saturday Nov 14
14:30-18:00
HOME in yoga, Birkagatan 23

Held by Therese Lind Bjellder & Jenny Berglund Castro @yogitherese @jennyberglundcastro

To get to the good you have to go through the discomfort, the agitation, the messiness. There’s no way around it. And the last few days were GOOD. Grateful and excited to return home to all of you…

Pop-up studio opens this week! See you there!❤️‍🔥

A week ago, I went to a small island gathering with the simple intention of enjoying the day, decompressing after Borderland, and being open to meeting new people.

That choice led me to a beautiful group of women who, just a few days later, came to one of my sauna events at @eden.bastun

By trusting synchronicities — and the idea that people sometimes enter our lives at exactly the right moment, I found myself this Saturday at @rachaelb_holisticsuccess Wise Women Workshop.

My intention was simple: to be surrounded by women creating businesses rooted not only in ambition, but in meaning, love, purpose and a way of working that can also nourish us as women.

We explored four pillars: Mind. Nervous system. Soul. Strategy.

Because the kind of business I want to build isn’t only one that makes money.

I want it to respect my nervous system, my rhythms, my relationships, my creativity and the life I want to live.

I want my work to feel meaningful, and also to create connection, and respect our humanness.

We also worked on something I’m still refining: how to clearly communicate what I do, who I help and why it matters.

I was surrounded by women working with acupuncture, yoga, conscious food, wellness, creativity and so much more.

I’m so grateful to be in rooms where women support each other. Where the conversations are there to expand what feels possible.

To choose environments where we don’t just grow.

We flourish. 🤍

Thank you @homeinyoga for the beautiful space and @rachaelb_holisticsuccess for your willingness to share openly and wisely what you have created.

Art Therapy isn’t about creating beautiful artwork.

It’s about creating space.

Space to breathe.

Space to notice.

Space to express what words sometimes cannot.

In ~Journey Within~ we weave together creativity, mindfulness, gentle movement and therapeutic reflection.

There is no pressure to perform.

No expectation to “be artistic” because trust me this type of creativity is organic and raw! It authentic in its simplicity.

This space is only an invitation to arrive exactly as you are.

🌸🐚🧜🏽‍♀️

At its heart ~Journey Within~ is about being held.

Held in community.

Held in creativity.

Held in silence.

Held in deep listening.

A space where nothing needs to be achieved.

Where there is room to simply be.

Because healing doesn’t always happen through doing.

Sometimes it begins through
B E I N G.

For me owning a business means freedom to be myself, to make my own rules, to grow and, to have a lot of fun.

A huge reason I chose to run the risk of being the one in charge, the main decision maker, the one who makes the money and pays the wages is to have FREEDOM.

To travel, to do with my time what lights me up. Yes, it's a dream And to build it requires a sh*t tonne of courage, determination and a capacity to manage risk.

Yes we can be wild women and responsible. Wolf women and grounded, powerful leaders.
