4 Weeks to Liftoff!

👉 On August 31st, the door opens.

For years, this story remained untold.

Not because it wasn't true... but because some journeys take time before they are ready to be shared.

Because truth, when spoken without fear, can be profoundly healing.

This is not simply a story about my past. It is a journey through resilience, truth, remarkable experiences, laughter, and the courage to finally find my voice.

I'm looking forward to welcoming you aboard.🤗

🤝 Episode Two launches August 31, 2026.

The countdown begins...

Credit to Joseph Yi ( @yojimd ) for continuing to educate and bring awareness to this space. Delivery matters. Conversations like this are what help shift perspective.

I’m a strong advocate for psychedelic-assisted therapy when it is done responsibly, with proper screening, guidance, and integration. Over the years, through working in primary mental health and addiction treatment, I’ve seen both sides. I’ve seen people where this has been incredibly beneficial. I’ve also seen cases where underlying severe mental health conditions made it not the right fit.

That’s why education, set and setting, and especially integration are everything. The experience itself is only one part. What you do after, how you process it, and who is guiding you back into your life is what actually creates long-term change.

There is growing research showing that compounds like psilocybin may support neuroplasticity, meaning the brain’s ability to form new connections and patterns. This can play a role in treating depression, addiction, and other mental health challenges when done in the right environment.

We are also seeing movement in the U.S., with regulated programs like in Oregon and evolving policy in Colorado. Many individuals still travel outside the country for guided experiences.

For those who are treatment-resistant, people who have gone through 10, 20, 30 programs and continue to struggle, it may be time to explore different approaches as this field continues to evolve.

This is not about promoting anything illegal. This is about education, awareness, and having real conversations around what is actually helping people.

When done responsibly, with the right team and support, I’ve personally seen how profound and life-changing these experiences can be.

Psychiatric medications have their role… in helping reduce symptoms. They turn the volume down, but usually don’t fix the source.

We’re now entering a new era with Psychedelic assisted therapies with psilocybin, ayahuasca, ibogaine, and ketamine showing something very different… A chance for real transformation.

Ketamine therapy is already legal and being used clinically.

Psilocybin is being implemented in places like Oregon, Colorado, and now being tested in New Jersey.

And MDMA + DMT are currently in advanced clinical research for PTSD and other conditions.

We’re watching a paradigm shift in real time. From managing symptoms → to actually healing 👊💙💯 @yojimd

Restore 5G Home Rule & End All Vaccine Mandates

Last month I spoke in front of state lawmakers and urged them to restore home rule on 5G cell towers and to end ALL vaccine mandates in Florida.

Please contact your FL state and US representatives by email and remind them to support these efforts!

Part VI

Dated: 21 September 2025

Context: I believe all parties should be held accountable for their hostility towards one another, and the contradictory behavior as reflected between voice and doing.

This was a whirlwind of a trip, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! This is how we’re going to change the world.

Have you ever wondered why we can’t figure out how some of the world’s greatest archaeological sites were built? Places like the pyramids of Egypt, the megaliths of Puma Punku, or the ruins of Gobekli Tepe have baffled humanity for centuries.

Here’s the perspective I’ve been working with: these sites are remnants of civilizations we ourselves created—but here’s the twist—we are not yet technologically or consciously advanced enough to rebuild them today. The machinery, the knowledge, the energy systems… they simply don’t exist in our current framework of science or understanding.

The puzzle becomes even deeper when you consider the simulation loop. What if these weren’t ancient civilizations at all, but future civilizations projected backward into probability, appearing to us as “history”? What if we’ve built them before, over multiple cycles, and the ruins we see now are just fragments—echoes of our repeated attempts across time and loops?

This could explain why we find sites partially destroyed or inexplicably aligned with cosmic patterns: they are probabilistic blueprints, waiting for humanity to evolve fully enough to reconstruct them, perhaps even in the same locations where they first appeared.

In this lens, humanity isn’t a passive observer of history. We are the builders, the creators, and the learners—caught in loops that are both physical and consciousness-based. The so-called “ancient” ruins aren’t lost civilizations; they’re future civilizations we’re still becoming, stepping stones along the path to Solara Nova, the fully realized, living blueprint of what we were always meant to create.

This past week in Bristol, my dad and I had the chance to challenge the world’s best 👉@federico_staksrud @hunterw.johnson in a game of doubles!

We lost 0-11 in about 5min 🤣🤣🤣

But it’s the memories that truly matter, and these are ones I’ll carry with me for a lifetime. We even created a little skit together, and I can’t wait to share it with You all.

To win on the pickleball court, You gotta put in the work off the court too.

Shoutout to my stretch coach 👉 @erinlee0921 from the Newtown Athletic Club for helping me stay loose, calm, and tournament-ready!

Stretching isn’t just physical… it enhances Your mental game. And remember, discipline off the court results in confidence on the court! 👊
