Take me back to Costa Rica🌊🌱🧚🏼‍♀️🧜🏼‍♀️🍄

🌀EVOLVE 🌀was so magical, sacred, and life changing & the magic I experienced still ripples throughout my life & through the other women & it’s an experience I will remember forever 💜♾️🩵

I’m so happy I walked out of this experience with 16 other beautiful women I get to call life long friends & sisters🫶🏻it feels like I can do anything I desire in life with this kind of community supporting each other 🥰

We laughed, we cried, we healed, and I would do it all over again with our group🥹🫶🏻I’m excited to continue loving & evolving right along side all of you☺️

I love you all so much & I miss being jungle faeries together✨💕 🧚🏼‍♀️💕✨

Amy almost didn't come to EVOLVE 😱 (which would've been so sad and we're so freaking glad that she did 😭🙏🏼)

She came with her own list of apprehensions, just like so many women do... but she took a leap of faith and came home absolutely floored by the program 🌀

As Amy said: "A lot of times the things in life that we think we're not ready for, but we do anyway, are the things that end up serving us the most."

This is exactly why we created EVOLVE. We wanted to create something deeply transformative AND insanely fun – a program that could genuinely change your life while also giving you some of the best memories, connections, and adventures of your life.

I'm so grateful you took the leap, @strange_ocotillo__ !! The retreat would not have been the same without you 🥹💕

If you've been feeling the pull to join us but you're not sure you're ready... this is your sign to TAKE THAT LEAP OF FAITH BABY!!

There's one spot left to join us December 2-10 👀

I came across a page for retreats for the “spiritual raver girlies” and little did I know, saying yes would change my entire life.

After getting sick with chronic illness, traveling out of the country felt like a massive leap. There was a time I couldn’t even leave my house and just a few months ago I spent 9 days in the Costa Rican jungle with the most incredible group of women.

We laughed, we cried, we danced until the sun came up.

This trip reminded me that there is still so much life waiting for me and so many versions of myself I’m still discovering.

Forever grateful I took the leap. And forever grateful for the women who made it unforgettable. I miss you all so much 🥹💗
