Our 9 days spiritual retreats are a mix of healing & wellness with alllllll the fun, festival vibes. Yes we host a spiritual retreat that’s *actually* fun and that will *actually* change your life (no shade to other retreats...lol).

We work with traditional healing modalities such as breathwork, cacao, meditation, rapéh, yoga, daily workshops, sound healing, somatics, etc..

but we also like to balance the deep healing with ecstatic dance, jungle parties, getting tattoos, dj lessons, inner child healing & play, and A LOT of laughter 🤪💕

We also work with many friends who are Indigenous to Costa Rica and they create beautiful spaces and ceremonies for us that really honor the culture of Costa Rica 💕

Amy almost didn't come to EVOLVE 😱 (which would've been so sad and we're so freaking glad that she did 😭🙏🏼)

She came with her own list of apprehensions, just like so many women do... but she took a leap of faith and came home absolutely floored by the program 🌀

As Amy said: "A lot of times the things in life that we think we're not ready for, but we do anyway, are the things that end up serving us the most."

Hi guys I know it's been a while (literally not that long but idk, in the endless cycle of content creation and social media and whatever tf this all is, not really being on social media for a few weeks feels like an eternity lol).

I have been in my own world the last few weeks, planning & curating something super cool & fun & exciting!!!!! Something which will bring me one really amazing step closer to a dream I’ve had for the past couple of decades!!!! And I know that posts that say “big things coming!” or “stay tuned” are so freaking annoying... but like actually - big things coming 🙈

HINT: I caught up with @sarah.macphee_ recently and she reminded me that when we were in high school I had been scheming ways to create a festival for my friends in Romania, out on my family's land in the countryside. I’ve wanted to have a festival since I was 14 but somehow forgot about the whole Romanian field part of the equation that I'd been trying to piece together when I was 17 😂

Life took me in a different direction for a while, and thank god it did because believe me, I had A LOT to learn about myself, and life, and ~what this all means~ or whatever.

Then in 2020 I moved to Costa Rica, and in 2021 I started sharing my life online and building a community of like-minded humans from all over the world. In 2022, I started building my dream retreat business - bringing my community together in person to grow, evolve, and have SO MUCH FUN together.

In the past 5 years I’ve hosted/co-hosted 23 incredible retreats blending deep healing, ceremony, plant medicine, and all the fun music festival vibes. I truly just created the EXACT retreat that I’d want to attend, and now I get to live the life of my dreams every day. Shout out to the incredible humans I’ve gotten to build alongside - @madimaple and @latha_jay_ ❤️‍🔥

I’m forever grateful for this journey - all the places it’s taken me, the humans I’ve met, and all the beauty & joy & pain & grief & laughter & regret & despair & ecstasy & so much fucking love & true BLISS I’ve experienced.

I’m SO excited for this next evolution, and to bring the homies along for the ride <3

Burning Man memories part 1 🤪❤️‍🔥 Swipe through for the whole caption aka my love letter to Burning Man 🌀🌀

Seeing everyone's Burning Man reels and posts has me reminiscing on all of my past Burning Man and Afrikaburn (Burning Man in South Africa) adventures (and mis-adventures lol)!!! I miss the playa and all her highs and lows so freaking much 😭😭

I'd wanted to attend Burning Man from the time that I was 14 years old. I read a news article about it and knew that it was one day going to be a very large and important part of my journey.

I finally made it to the playa for both @afrikaburn and @burningman in 2019 when I was 26. I needed something in my life to shift and I booked a one way flight to South Africa to join a theme camp that I found through the Afrikaburn Facebook group.

I invited my now-best friend @chloefaithrobinson who, at the time, was simply a coworker at a crazy bar in downtown toronto. I thought she was super cool and I asked her one day... "do you want to come to Burning Man in South Africa with me??"

She said yes, and we embarked on what was, at the time, one of the craziest and most important experiences of my life thus far.

That week was so insanely beautiful and eye-opening. I also made a number of life-long friends who I then, of course, had to go to Burning Man with just a few months later.

These burns, and subsequent burns, changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. Like truly, irrevocably changed the entire trajectory of my life.

I would not be who I am now, where I am now, or creating everything I have since created, had I not attended Burning Man. I mean, maybe I would’ve gotten here eventually but I think it would have been a far longer, and more arduous process.

Even simply sharing all of my Burning Man & Afrikaburn adventures online through storytimes changed my life in ways I never could've imagined.

I seriously found some of my best friends in the entire world through my posts.
