Zensing - somatic singing method by @idasimones
Sense the vibration of true expression
NEXT WORKSHOP: 23rd Oct in Malmö

GATHERLY MEETS 🤍 IDA SIMONE
Are you curious to unlock your voice?

We met up with @idasimones, founder of @zensing.method, to dive deeper into her story and what you can expect from her workshops.

Ida is an artist, a singer and a vocal coach. After years of studying singing, she noticed how important it is for the nervous system and mental health to express yourself with your voice. Writing songs and expressing herself helped her move through grief and depression, giving her emotions somewhere to go.

So what can you expect at her workshops? Presence instead of performance. 🤍

Zensing is where creative expression meets inner work: your voice regulates your nervous system, tells your story and helps release what's been held. No experience needed, and no right way to do it.

Stay till the end 🌬️ as mother nature joins the conversation (:

Ida holds Zensing workshops every other Friday at @ayurvedisktcenter in Malmö. Reach out to her to find out more and book your spot

This improvised song came to us inspired by a participant in last weeks Meditative Music Meeting @ayurvedisktcenter 🍁🍂✨🎶
.
We love to invite you to our next Meditative Music Meeting the 23rd Oct, where you can give us a word or wish in the moment, then lean back, lie down, fully relax and receive the vibrations of the music mirroring your wishes and words of wisdom.

🌈🌧️✨I’ve shed many tears lately and felt the lightness that comes when I let them flow. Waves of grief, the ice of old emotions melting 🧊 my nervous system letting go, knowing the tears are welcome and heals the past through a grounded and safe Now.
.
I’m becoming a new version of me. I’m ready to tell my story. The story about what happened 3 years ago when I went travelling in east Asia, living my dream and met two wonderful souls that passed away. One was a lover, one was a brother 🦋🦋 I stayed for 2 months in Thailand after getting the news. I met people that reminded me about my own breath and how I can breathe through anything in life. Including the darkest moments of fear and pain. I witnessed miracles and ways to heal myself through singing, breathing and meditation. I started to write a book, documenting everyday, telling the story of how my grief journey was miraculously making me feel more alive. I was guided by synchronicity, symbols and signs showing up over and over… and one day I woke up and allowed myself to experience everything as it is, with a rebirth in every breath ♾️🦋🦋
.
I’m soon announcing this big soul project and different ways you can support me in writing my book and sharing music. I want to share my story and show young and old people that our deceased loved ones are still here, and that life is beautiful, that everything that happens has a meaning and purpose. Grief is the gift of creative potential from your soul 🌦️ and the eternal love of our deceased loved ones
.
A reminder to my future self and whoever reading this: allow yourself to cry when your body is in need to rain, to let go of A L L 🌧️ that might open the infinity of flow of the eternal Now, where you can presently create meaningful things in the world with 🎶🌈 because that’s why our souls came here, in the first place 🌬️🤍

I’ve always loved the sound and sensation of ”m”.
Simply because ”M” is the sound we intuitively make when we feel relaxed, enjoy flavours and smells or someone says something we deeply resonate with.
.
Many of my favourite words starts with ”m”: music, meditation, miracles, memories, momentum, multivitamins…
.
What words with ”m” (+point if it has many ”m’s”) resonates with you?

Your voice carries emotional history.
Every sigh, every whisper, every sound you held back… it lives in your cells. ✨

When you begin to sing again, you’re not learning - you’re remembering.
When you let sound move through the body again, healing begins. 💫

The moment I discovered how the vibrations of our voice can release emotional trauma,
something inside me awakened - I knew this was sacred medicine.

Now, I hold space for others to experience that same remembrance - turning emotion into frequency, pain into resonance.

🌬️ Breathe. Sing. Feel.
Your voice is not broken - it’s waiting to be released.

I’m opening a few 1:1 Somatic Singing Sessions for those ready to free their sound. 🌿💫
