A tricky mend on my bench this International Repair Day.

This baby changing bag needs some hefty repairs - ahead of a precious new arrival in January!

Repairing what we own rather than buying new is an act of resistance in our throwaway society.

According to WRAP, nearly half of all used textiles in the UK end up in the bin. We can do better than that.

Time out from end of year accounts to sit in the glorious October sun and patch up a very old @surfersagainstsewage t-shirt. Both armpits now sporting colourful patches and there was the opportunity for a couple of porthole mends too!
