Hi! I’m Aimee and I’m so glad you are here. Swipe to see some of my all time favorite reads. 📖➡️

I started this little corner of Bookstagram as a way to read more (instead of scrolling) and to have a creative outlet just for me. Somewhere along the way, it turned into one of my favorite places on the internet. The community here is supportive, fun, and feels a lot like friends. I’m so glad you are a part of it.

I’m a busy, working mom of five (ages 23 to 7), and I don’t always have time to read even one book a week...and that’s ok. My goal is to normalize reading for joy, not for just hitting a number. I like to think of myself as a book recommender helping busy moms fit reading back into their real life.

Here I share books that:

fit into short moments of quiet
and stay with us long after the last page

I don’t usually post about books I don’t love or wouldn’t recommend because our time is valuable!

Here’s a coffee and currently reading for this Sunday morning! I’m really enjoying this book! It’s the perfect eerie fall vibe. Thanks to @atriabooks for the gifted copy! Their thrillers are always the best! 🫶🏼

Fall has finally arrived in Arkansas and I could not be more excited! I took Copper out this morning and I was COLD! I’m so excited to break out the sweaters and sweatshirts!

Happy Saturday! It’s been a whirlwind of a week but we made it to the weekend. It’s our fall break here so we were off yesterday and we are off Monday. 🙌🏼

💭Thoughts & Feels
I’ll be honest…I never read the first book in this series so I probably didn’t pick up on some little things here and there but I still thoroughly enjoyed this book. It kept me guessing and I was definitely bought in. I didn’t see the final twist coming which has been rare these days. I loved the depth we got to all the characters. And I also loved the reality tv storyline weaved throughout. Pacing was great and kept me turning the pages! Can’t wait to read more from this author.
