When you love big and give 110% to everyone around you, you need a good nap. And I’m honoured to be the guy who gets to nap right beside you. ❤️

Rebecca Kettle, you’re the love of my life. Happy birthday, Bex. ❤️ by @the_handtalker

Sunday, May 3rd

I’ll be behind the bar at The Living Room from 3–4 PM.

All proceeds from the day will be going to support our good friend Lee and his family as they navigate his fight with cancer.

If you’re around, come by, have a drink, and show some love.

It takes a village to run a restaurant (or multiple restaurants if you're @the_handtalker) 😆

Here are a few of the people Tony says helped bring the @pizzafaceyyc vision to life:
Peter Feenstra,
Sally Healy,
@dinerdeluxe, @wescorfoodequipment,
and of course, @squarecanada. by @the_handtalker

What would you do if someone showed up in full armour to propose in your restaurant… and got a no? Free pizza for life? 😬

It’s one of the toughest seats to snag in the city - a seat at the bar watching the chefs work their craft at @dopo.yyc . But absolutely worth waiting for if you want to enjoy elevated Italian that still feels like nonna made it for you - a fine line that @chefdavidleeder and his team seem to walk effortlessly. While everything was delicious, some of our favorite bites Included the fennel, citrus and endive salad, the pulpo, paccheri pasta, and a beautifully delicate pesce del giorno. And just when we were about to tap out, Chef David brought out the most gigantic pork cutlet that brought wows from the entire room. From the custom martinis to Rose’s tiramisu and everything in between, we were reminded of old school Italian hospitality that made us miss Italy dearly, having just returned from a 7 week stint just a few months ago. Thankful we got to share this memorable experience with @miss_foodie making it such a fun and delicious evening! by @the_handtalker
