As #blackfriday approaches, allow me to share with you the beautiful hustler that lies beyond this SMILE.

• I get up at 4:00 A.M. with the goal of praying (breath work with @blackchristiantherapy ),stretching, and hitting the gym. Sometimes I don’t meet that goal. Am I alone? 😂

• I get my no-excuse mentality from my parents. My mother was a High School Softball All-Star & a hardworking single mom of 4, all while working for @comed . My dad is a retired semi-pro boxer and current business owner. You understand why I just get things done, now? 💯

• I finally found the right therapist. Wtcrap was I thinking? 😂 BUT, I’ve been growing emotionally so much that I recognize it and have Amanda parties, daily. Ask @tiairamarie_i613 . I call her first! 😅😂 S/o to my community for keeping me accountable!

• I’m a shy comedian but don’t tell nobody! 🥴

• This is my real hair. It grows when I’m taking plant-based iron!
