Last night above the city, inside the Old Port tower, was more than just a Grand Prix event. 🏎️✨

Hosted by @wwdmtl and powered by Décarie Motors, the evening brought together an incredible room of women celebrating women, health, and purpose, all while raising funds for @morethanacure 🩷🩷🩷

Thank you Cheryl for creating such a beautiful space for women to connect, support one another, and come together with intention. You’ve truly outdone yourself with this event. 🥹

And @tammy__gafoor … I truly don’t have enough words to express what a beacon of light you are in this world. ✨🩷 What you are building is so much bigger than a foundation. You’ve created a powerful community rooted in women supporting women through some of life’s hardest moments while navigating breast cancer: creating hope, strength, connection, and support along the way. It is deeply inspiring, and I am so grateful for you. 🤍

Beyond a beautiful event! 😭

I’ve been sitting in such gratitude in the last week for all the beautiful people that have played such a huge part I my journey at @bluwellbeing 🩵

I have tears in my eyes as I write this… when you meet women that to lift other women up - and TRULY want you to succeed… hold onto them and appreciate! Moments like these are where I truly count my lucky stars . ✨ 😭

Breast health isn’t only about annual checkups.

It’s also about the small ways we care for our bodies regularly. 🙌

For Therapeutic Friday with More Than a Cure, we’re sharing simple wellness rituals to support women’s health and raise awareness around breast care. 🩷

The breast tissue connects deeply with the lymphatic system, a network that helps move fluid, support circulation, and maintain balance in the body.

Because the breasts don’t have muscles to naturally move lymph, gentle stimulation through tapping and massage can help keep this system flowing.

A simple way to practice this?

Notice how the body unwinds at the end? This is the natural intelligence of the human body.

Our nervous system stores repressed emotions, memories and traumas.

By understanding where along your spine you are holding tension and connecting it with your energetic/physical body - we are able to access the body’s divine intelligence to release somatically.

This (@somamystica by @sigourneybelle )has been one of the most transformative trainings I have completed.

True healing begins when you release the root cause of all your symptoms.

Looking forward to offering this modality in Montreal 🩵

As well, to note, this was the beginning of the treatment season.
