POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This was my little booty lab four years ago. It’s where everything began. This space is where grit, resilience, and passion were ignited. Looking back at this picture stirs up emotions but also brings immense joy. I would train nonstop from 5 AM to 10 AM, then from 4 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday, for almost two straight years! When COVID hit, I faced it head-on and overcame all challenges.

This is the birthplace of @mbra.co I am thoroughly enjoying this journey. The best part? I feel like I’m just getting started. Anything is possible when you invest your heart into it. Surround yourself with people who truly support you through actions, not just words. Set massive goals—MASSIVE GOALS—and don’t quit until you choose to. Maintain high standards in every possible aspect. Be consistent and disciplined every day for years. Success won’t come overnight, but every step will be worth it.

Trust in God and work diligently. We can all reach our dreams if we believe. 🙏🏼 by @thebootypro_

-TAG 3 OF YOUR GIRLS WHO YOU WOULD BRING TO- @mbra.gym !!!!!!!!!
⁣
Less than 16 months ago I decided to become a part time personal trainer. I would’ve never in my life pictured myself as a gym owner. After just 2 months of training I decided to leave my full time job (server) to chase my dreams. Fast forward 16 months and now we’re opening up a gym. @mbra.gym will be an all women’s facility located in the Hialeah gardens area. We will have the best machines in the game. All this wouldn’t be possible without god, my love & partner in crime @janellynicole_ , my family,
my clients & the best realtors in the game @luis.a.morales.jr @anthony_p84. ⁣⁣

Another chance for MBRA to help thousands of women become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

Another stepping stone.
Another accomplishment.
Another amazing journey.

This isn’t just another gym. It’s a safe haven for women to become the best versions of themselves. A place to build the bodies they’ve always wanted, gain confidence from within, and carry that confidence into every area of their lives.

MBRA Kendall is going to be something special. I’m super excited for what’s ahead, and I can’t wait to bring this vision to life and help even more women, just like we’ve been able to do at MBRA Hialeah Gardens.

I NEVER WANTED BALANCE.
I NEVER WANTED COMFORT.
I NEVER WANTED NORMAL.
NORMAL IS OVERWEIGHT. UNDERPAID.
STRESSED. EXHAUSTED. UNHAPPY.
I WANTED DISCIPLINE. I WANTED PRESSURE.
I WANTED A LIFE MOST PEOPLE AREN’T WILLING
TO WORK FOR. AVERAGE WAS NEVER AN OPTION.

KEEP GOING, PROVE THEM WRONG!
I BELIEVE IN YOU 👊🏼 taken in MBRA by @thebootypro_
