I spoke on one stage in 2024, a 5 minute slot. I set the goal to speak on 12 stages in 2025- I landed 9. No number goal for 2026, I spoke on 16 stages, some of them paid 💥 and had to turn down 6 opportunities to speak in aligned rooms (only because I'm still dedicated to mom life and had the goal to get pregnant) If speaking is part of your future I would take notes, in 2 years you could have a schedule filled with aligned opportunities to share your lived wisdom + expertise. Speakers, what would you add that has worked for you? Event hosts, would love to hear your thoughts. I already have a part 2 coming❤️‍🔥 by @thechelsearenee____
The many hats of a woman doing it all💃 Happy Saturday, queens! by @thechelsearenee____
GRWM as I share HOW I DO IT when I'm in a season where so many decide that they can't. Your next level requires getting comfortable with discomfort🐅 by @thechelsearenee____
The answer to "HOW!?" is ACTION❤️‍🔥 I could think myself out of anything but when my heart tells me where I go, and I listen 💃 Take action on your intuition, queen. by @thechelsearenee____
I learned more from listening to this live podcast recording than I've learned from paid programs. Deep questions, real life stories and hearing what actually works from women at the top will change the trajectory of your business. I can not say more about GETTING IN THE ROOM❤️‍🔥 Thank you @iamnatalie @jen_gottlieb @loriharder for a conversation that is a visible marker for how I will show up in the world moving forward. This was legendary🙏 by @thechelsearenee____

"I didn't know that women did that" I had one too many women come up to me after my talk and reflect that cycle-syncing their launch was not something they've heard of or thought about doing. They were just picking a random date on the calendar 🫣 Now, it's going to depend on the length of your launch, but for a 3 week launch I love to start my launch right as I begin my bless- at the beginning I have the marketing materials already lined up for the first few days and I am def in a spot where I was to personally invite in my people too🥰 Then I am finishing my launch right STRONG, just finishing my ovulation time and coming into my luteal. Every woman's cycle is a bit different- so even starting to collect data on how you feel and learning from each launch will help you dial this process in so good 👩‍🔬 But yes- the most embodied, successful women are not just looking at what's open in their calendar, they also are looking at where their body's energy will support them and their launch the most. You're welcome! by @thechelsearenee____

Speakers! We love some good audience interaction but half of you avoid it in fear of giving up too much time and the other half don't know how to empower the room when you are reclaiming it. This is the hack you've been asking for, you're welcome! Some of my favorite shorter go-to's are... If you can hear me, say... "I'm a goddess!" "I'm a queen" "I'm building my FEMPIRE" (PSSST save the longest for last when you already have the rooms attention otherwise people might just be confused) Best part is it can be adjusted to fit any room and topic💃 PS cater it to the event and get extra bonus points with the host😉 by @thechelsearenee____
Absolutely recharged and reignited just by hanging with my girl @letgoanddiscover who helped me stop gaslighting myself about ten different areas of my life. Sometimes we just need to zoom out and have a friend reflect our magic to us. Getting to spend so much time with you was such a gift Leslie, absolutely love you and can't wait for the next time 😛💃🐅 by @thechelsearenee____
