I BOUGHT A F*CKING GYM!
2 years after leaving my corporate life, and 1 year after CFLDN closed… I am now the proud owner of @redsuncf
—
It’s always been my dream to one day have my own fitness space. Somewhere to build a safe, inclusive and supportive community and share my love of fitness. Can’t quite believe I’m getting the chance to do it!
—
I want to say a huge thank you to @bensvencoaching the RedSun community for taking me in and trusting me and coming along with me on this journey! It’s going to be an amazing ride.
—
We’re going to be rebranding and relaunching the space but if you’re looking for a queer owned, ultra safe and inclusive space to start or continue your fitness journey… COME AND JOIN MY GYM!!

What an insane year it’s been… can you believe it’s only been 6 months?!
Thank you to everyone who’s supported Neon in its first 6 months. You’re what makes it such a special place!
Cannot wait to see what 2026 brings.
