POSTS STORIES REELS

I want to tell you something about growing up Gujarati American.

We talked about grades. We talked about career. We talked about marriage. We talked about the business, the community, the next gathering, the next wedding.

Nobody talked about health.

Not because our parents did not care. Because nobody taught them either. They came to this country with nothing and built everything. And somewhere in the middle of building everything they forgot to build their health. And we watched them do it. And we copied everything we saw.

Our parents worked with their bodies. They walked. They cooked every meal from scratch. Movement was built into their lives without thinking about it.

We sit at desks for ten hours. We drive everywhere. We eat Chipotle on weekdays and Gujarati food on weekends when we have time. We are more educated, more resourced, and more informed than any generation before us.

And we are getting sick younger than they did.

Heart disease at 45. Diabetes at 38. Exhaustion that never fully goes away no matter how much we sleep.

We fell through the gap between two worlds. The American lifestyle did not account for our food. The Gujarati culture did not prioritise our health. And nobody built anything for the person living in the middle of both.

I train Gujarati Americans here in Chicago. And the conversation I have with every single client is the same.

Nobody told us this. Nobody built this for us. So I did.

This is for every Gujarati American who grew up watching their parents sacrifice their health to build a life.

Hve tamaro vaaro che. 💛

Now it is your turn.

DM me “GUJU” when you are ready to start. 🙏🏽

The breakfast reel you have been waiting for. 💛

I am going to say something that will upset every Western nutritionist who stumbles onto this page.

The best high protein breakfasts for a Gujarati body are not eggs and avocado toast. They are not overnight oats. They are not a protein shake blended at 6am while you pretend to enjoy it.

They are sitting in your Gujarati kitchen right now. And they have been your entire life.

5 high protein Gujarati breakfasts. Under 15 minutes. All made from ingredients your mummy would recognise. All hitting protein targets that will change how you feel, how you look, and how you perform — without removing a single thing from your culture.

The besan cheela your nani made on Sunday mornings. The poha your mum made before school. The handvo sitting in your fridge right now that you had no idea was a fitness superfood. All of it — upgraded with one simple principle that nobody in our community was ever taught.

Protein first. Every meal. Every morning. Every day.

We have been skipping the most important meal of the day for decades because nobody gave us a Gujarati option worth waking up for.

That changes this morning. 💛

Swipe through. Save this. Make one of these tomorrow morning. And tag me when you do — I want to see your Gujarati breakfast plate. 🙏🏽💪

DM me “BREAKFAST” for the full quantities and macro breakdown of every meal in this reel. And DM me “GUJU” when you are ready to build a complete 12-week plan around your Gujarati lifestyle. 💛🔥

#Gujarati #GujjuFitness #Thegujaraticoach #Gujju #FitnessCoach by @thegujaraticoach

Three Gujarati dinners. High protein. Under 20 minutes.

And before anyone asks — yes. Rotli is included. Obviously.

Dal dhokli. Moong dal khichdi with dahi. Chana dal with lauki.

Three dishes your nani has been making for decades. Three dishes the fitness industry has never heard of. Three dishes that between them deliver 28, 26, and 32 grams of protein per serving.

From ingredients already sitting in your Gujarati kitchen right now.

We have been eating the right food our entire lives. Nobody just told us why it was right or how to use it properly.

Now you know.

Save this. Make one this week. And DM me “DINNER” for the full quantities and spice breakdown of every meal in this reel. 💛🙏🏽

DM me “DHOKLI” when you are ready to build a complete 12-week plan around your Gujarati lifestyle. 💪🔥

50g of protein. 100% vegetarian. 0% sad salads 🥗🚫

Every fitness page acts like protein was invented in a chicken farm 🐔 Meanwhile the Gujarati kitchen has been running on dal, paneer, mag, dahi and besan for generations — nobody just did the math for you.

So I did. 5 pure-veg plates I actually give my clients:

🏔️ The Bhurji Mountain — 50g, 520 cal
🌊 The Mag Ocean — 48g, 550 cal
💪🏽 The Soya Showdown — 50g, 480 cal (yes, more protein per gram than chicken. Slide 5. Go argue with your gym friend 😄)
🔥 The Paneer Tikka Thali — 50g, 430 cal
🥞 The Chilla Stack — 47g, 550 cal

All low fat. All under ~550 calories. All BIG — like “beta, who else is coming?” big 😳

Slide 8 is the one to read twice — the volume math explains why you’ve been hungry on every diet that told you to eat less.

Save this, screenshot slide 9, and tag the friend who says vegetarians can’t build muscle 😤

Which plate goes first? Comment below 👇🏽
