Today on Sorry Day, we pause to reflect, honour, and stand with First Nations peoples. We acknowledge the deep pain of the Stolen Generations and renew our commitment to truth-telling, justice, and liberation.

This statement sits proudly on our home page and today we wanted to make sure it was proudly proclaimed. At The Impact Collab, we are committed to walking alongside First Nations founders and orgs in the ongoing journey towards healing and a future filled with care, respect and dignity.

Some months the Impact Fam outdoes itself, and this was one of them.

This roundup has a bit of everything: a double awards win, a book landing on the SMH and The Age reading list, ABC Radio calling out the spin of the week, an AI platform going open source, panels from NDIS research to the COP31 pre-talks, and almost 8,000 people building with reused LEGO by the Nepean River.

5 years ago I joined The Community Collective as a member. This month I’m launching my first program with Paz Pisarski 🏵

Never in a million years did I think that path would lead here.

Over the past year, Paz and I have helped hundreds of companies build communities from scratch. This month, we’re handing you the exact same process.
