What a day!!!!

On Saturday I hit 3 all time deadlift PRs in a row:

385lbs
390lbs
And then 400lbs!!!

I’m finally in the 400lbs club ❤️

Last Stronglifting competition in 2021 I hit 300lbs for the first time. 2 years later and hours of hard work and I increased my deadlift 1 rep max by 100lbs.

Thank you @bretcontreras1 for always pushing me and being the hardest on me. You are the best coach in the world.

And huge shout out to the entire Glute Squad for being the best hype girls ever 🫶🏽

Great athletes aren’t built overnight. They’re built one workout, one rep, and one jump at a time. Grateful for every opportunity to get better. 🤍

Summer 2026 we are living.

Lots of workouts, sun is shining so we are out in bikinis at the beach, playing golf, of course volleyball never ends, we are enjoying good food, great friends and PRs are never ending @thestrengthakademy

Instagram doesn’t give enough photos on these carousels to properly share this experience. Bahamas with my two side kicks and best friends was truly a core memory. I cannot recommend enough taking teens on a cruise these two had the time of their lives. We saw 3 islands, excursions all day, they were out till midnight every night with new cruise friends from all over country. It was truly paradise. Teal waters by day, formal dining and wine for mom by night. Best 5 days I’ve had in I can’t even remember.

Being their mom is truly my favorite thing ❤️

Life has been so busy some days I forget to sit back and look at all the wonderful things around me.

Graduation SZN was wild. Congratulations my beautiful girl @princesstoniar I can’t wait to watch you grow in High School.

THE OLDER I GET, THE MORE I REALIZE…

Women were never meant to do life alone.

Healing happens in community.

Strong friendships are anti-aging.

The gym can become therapy.

Protein is self-respect.
