•DOTTIE IS READY TO FIND HER FOREVER HOME 🩷🎀🥺•

This is the adorable Dottie. Her mother (Gigi) was rescued in a big group of cats and taken to the shelter in Romania. Soon after Gigi arrived, she gave birth to two kittens. One of those kittens is Dottie! She is now in need of a home of her own.

Dottie is 4 months old, she will be able to travel on our December transport. As you can see, she is an absolute beauty. As well as being a pretty girl, she is also a total sweetheart. She is very sweet natured, loves to play and is very active. Check out her tiny kitten photos at the end 🥺

Dottie is currently a little shy to begin with, due to being young, however she does soon warm up to you. We know she will bond with her future humans through play, as she absolutely loves her toys. She does like strokes also once she has warmed up to you.

Dottie can be indoor only (with lots of toys) or have outdoor access, in a safe location. She is super cat friendly and can be dog tested upon receiving an application.

•PRINCE HASN’T HAD A SINGLE APPLICATION 👑💔😍•

Here is the very handsome Prince! He was rescued from the streets of Romania and taken in by a kind person. He was probably born on the streets and has had to fight hard to survive.

He was very lucky to come across the kind person outside her offices. A few weeks of building trust took place before he started following her around on the streets 😍

Prince is estimated to be around 2 years old, he is an independent cat with a strong personality. He enjoys human company, likes being petted, and loves playing, eating and sleeping. Unfortunately he can’t stay where he is being fostered due to the kind lady already having lots of animals in her care.

As you can see, he is also very handsome! Prince needs a home without any other animals as he doesn’t seem to get on with them. He is such a human loving cat, that we know he will be a super affectionate boy!

Prince can be indoor only or can have outside access in a safe location.

•UNFORTUNATELY EFFIE’S ADOPTER HAD TO CANCEL… CAN YOU OFFER HER A HOME SO SHE CAN STILL TRAVEL THIS MONTH? 🎀✨💐•

Here is the very lovely Effie, she has her bags packed and is ready to travel from Romania to the UK (arriving on Friday 23 October). Unfortunately her adopter had to cancel the adoption due to their other cat becoming unwell. Which means Effie is booked on our transport, with no where to go 💔

Effie is 6 months old, as you can see she is gorgeous and her personality matches just that! Effie is the bravest out of her siblings, she loves to play, is curious and has a strong personality. Because she is the most confident, she can go to a home with an existing cat, who will be able to continue helping her learn as she grows up. She isn’t bothered about her mother or siblings, she prefers to play by herself or with the humans at the shelter!

She is a little sweetheart who doesn’t deserve to grow up in the shelter. Effie will need play time, with humans and with an existing cat/s.

Effie can be indoor only, or have outside access in a safe location. She can be dog tested upon receiving an application.

•SOCKS SAYS PICK ME 🧦🥺🩵•

Here is the very sweet Socks. He was rescued from living on the streets of Romania when the team were rescuing a dog. Socks trotted into the dog cage to eat the wet food that was supposed to be for the dog 🤣

Socks is estimated to only be 4 months old. He was born on the streets, however all of his siblings have disappeared from the area, the local people don’t know what happened to his siblings. Lucky for Socks, he is now safe and needs a home of his own!

Socks has quickly got the nickname at the shelter as the “little engine” because he literally doesn’t stop purring 🥺

He is such a sweet boy who loves attention and humans. He is curious, playful and lovesss making biscuits! He’s the perfect little cat.

Socks can live with other cats, is dog friendly and child friendly. He can be indoor only or have outdoor access in a safe location.

Meet Prince! He was rescued from the streets of Romania and taken in by a kind person. He could have been abandoned or lived on the streets since birth.

He was very lucky to come across the kind person outside her offices. A few weeks of building trust took place before he started following her around on the streets (see the video at the end!) 😍

•MARIE WAS FOUND OUTSIDE A SHOP ASKING FOR ATTENTION 😍🥺🫶•

Little Marie has arrived to the shelter in Romania. She was rescued after she was asking the humans outside a shop for attention. She was all alone and trying to survive on the streets.

Marie is only 5 months old, she is obviously absolutely gorgeous and her personality is just as sweet as she looks! Marie loves making biscuits and purring, she is incredibly affectionate and lovessss to talk to you.

She is playful and has the kitten energy, is a total lap cat and even loves standing on your shoulders! The team have said she isn’t easy for take photos of, as she is always moving!

Marie can be indoor only or have outside access in a safe location. She can be an only cat or can live with other cats. She can be dog tested upon receiving an application.

•251 DAYS: THAT’S HOW LONG SASHA & BODHI HAVE BEEN AT THE SHELTER 😭☹️💔•

For 251 days, Sasha and Bodhi have been waiting at the shelter for someone to choose them.

They’ve grown up here, while other kittens and cats around them have found their families and travelled to their forever homes. Sasha and Bodhi have watched their friends, including their siblings, leave one by one, while they remain behind.

They have had applications, but sadly none have made it past the application stage, through no fault of their own.

They are simply two lovely cats who need someone to give them a chance!

We have booked them both on to our October transport (arriving 23 October), hoping we can find them both homes in time!

They can be adopted together or separately, what matters most is that they are given the opportunity to experience life outside of the shelter and know what it feels like to be truly loved.

They came into the shelter with colds, so they need indoor only homes, where they can be safe, warm and protected.

They’ve spent 251 days waiting. 251 days watching others get their happily ever after. Can it be their time now? 🤞🏻

They are both just over 1 year old, super playful, affectionate and would make the perfect little cat bestie.

• THIS IS NOT JUST A CAT & A DOG PLAYING…• 🥹🧡🐶🐱

This is 6 months worth of kindness, understanding and patience.

When Nellie’s adopter @waltersgraham sent me this video this morning of Nellie and their cat Ziggy I thought back to when she was first adopted back in March this year and I went back to listen to the voice note Hannah sent after their first meeting.

Let’s just say it didn’t well 🥴

If you have seen any interviews with @stephengraham1973 or @waltersgraham you’ll have an idea of the type of people they are, kind, patient, understanding and thoughtful, and very funny. To us they are the perfect adopters.

With the right attitude, a good plan and most importantly time this is the result. Utterly brilliant.

So if you’re going through something challenging with your dog at the moment, please just remember, it will take time.

But with the right attitude, the right mindset and the right support should you need it, you absolutely can help your dog.

•11 CATS GET TO ARRIVE HOME TODAY 🥹🥰🫶•

Happy transport arrival day! This month we have 11 very lucky cats travelling to their forever homes, all the way from Romania to the U.K.

Bluebell & Rowan have been adopted together! They were born on the streets and now are on their way to a home full of love, where they can blossom together 🥰

Bruno was rescued with his mother and siblings who are all on their journey to trusting people. We are so happy he has been chosen and will have the space to learn that the world isn’t all scary 🥺

Colby came to the shelter in a big group of cats, he now gets to go home to grow up with a family and new cat siblings 🧡

Piper is on her way to becoming the queen of her new house! This lovely girly deserves it and we can’t wait to see her thriving 💕

Otto was found when he was tiny in a graveyard with his brothers, now he gets to meet his new dog and cat siblings and begin his new adventure! ✨

Olive was found in a horrendous living situation, where she couldn’t escape, but now it’s her turn to be so loved 💜

Sundae was found covered in cuts and in need of some TLC. Now she doesn’t ever need to worry about finding her next meal 🫶

Roo was the first of his siblings to be chosen, which we love because statistically the odds weren’t in his favour. He’s on his journey of understanding not all humans are bad and we can’t wait to see him home 🐈‍⬛

Bree has found the world scary during her little life, but now she is starting a new chapter where she is going to be shown nothing but love and we are rooting for her to feel safe 😘

Hazel is a little mighty girl who deserves to feel safe and secure and she is going to feel just that when she arrives home! She is going to blossom and we are here for it 🙌

A huge shout out to @carefordogsro for rescuing and caring for these little souls. A MASSIVE thank you to all of the adopters who are opening their heart and homes to them 🫶

We cannot wait to share updates in the coming weeks!

•MAISY AND BETSY ARE STILL WAITING TO BE CHOSEN 🫛💜✨•

Here are Maisy and Betsy, they are two peas in a pod, they love playing together and we are looking for a home for them to go to together, so they can grow up with their bestie.

Their mother was fed by some kind people near a school, they saw her heavily pregnant and contacted our partner shelter to help her. Luckily for her and her kittens, they are now safe at the shelter and off the streets.

Maisy and Betsy are currently 5 months old, they are bonded and loveee to spend their days playing together. They can travel to the UK on our October transport, when they are 6 months old.

Maisy (more black over one eye) loves to explore and be up high, she thinks the broom that the team uses to sweep is a toy and pounces on it 🤣

Betsy is such a brave girl, she is curious, loves to follow the humans around, loves Maisy and sitting on the window sill watching the birds outside.

Both girls are confident around humans, allow them to stroke them and we know they will become such little love bugs when they are a bit older.

They can be indoor only or can have outside access in a safe location. They can live with other cats and can be dog tested upon receiving an application.

•BIBI AND BO NEED A NEW HOME TOGETHER 😍🥰💕•

Meet Bibi and Bo. They are a bonded pair of cats who are in need of a new home together! Bibi was born on the streets of Romania who came across to the U.K. and then met Bo who is a U.K. cat. Both cats are playful, loving, friendly and adaptable and will make someone very lucky!!

Bibi is 3 years old and Bo is 4 years old. Both are such little love bugs, who love to play! Bò's name is Scottish Gaelic for "cow" because he looks like a cow 🐄

Bibi is a curious little queen. She enjoys window watching, but not as much as looking at her own reflection (cant blame her😍). She’s very playful and dabbles in a little parkour! She greets you by weaving in and around your legs and will softly purr away while snuggling up in your arms or on your chest.

Bo is a talkative fellow who looks you right in the eye while he chats away. He makes some of the funniest little noises. He is a total love bug who dribbles for tickles. He climbs all over you and nuzzles your ears and your nose, pressing his face onto yours in the sweetest way.

They can be indoor only or have outside access in a safe location. Due to already being in the UK, the adoption fee for the pair is £200.
