Third time’s the charm. 🥹✨

They say persistence pays, and I think I’m beginning to understand what that means.

This is my third time applying to join UNICEF @genunlimited Generation Unlimited Nigeria’s Young People’s Action Team (YPAT). Honestly, by the time I submitted this application, I wasn’t even particularly excited. A part of me was hopeful, but another part was already preparing for the possibility of another rejection. I guess I had learnt not to get my hopes up too high.

But here we are. THIRD TIME, AND I GOT IN! 🎉

I’m incredibly excited to join the GenU Nigeria YPAT and contribute to work that advances youth participation, advocacy, policy engagement, and access to opportunities that equip young people with the skills they need to thrive.

As someone passionate about youth development and social impact, I’m looking forward to learning, collaborating with an amazing team, and contributing meaningfully to the work ahead.

Sometimes, the opportunity you almost stop expecting is the one that finally comes through.

Here’s to the next few months, the work ahead, and the impact we can create together. ❤️‍🔥

GRADUATED WITH FIRST CLASS!!! 🎓🥹

Just not in the way you are thinking. 😂

I graduated with first class experience, first class friendships, first class memories, first class growth, first class network and first class lessons.

When I gained admission into LASU, I had no idea that within two years, I would have founded and grown into leading four NGOs across peacebuilding, mental health, climate change and prison welfare.

I also never imagined I would get the opportunity to work with UNICEF Nigeria and contribute to platforms that pushed me to grow, serve and lead beyond the classroom.

LASU gave me more than a certificate. It gave me people, opportunities, experiences, purpose and a voice.

I came in with dreams and uncertainty. I am leaving with growth, gratitude and a deeper understanding of who I am and what I am called to do.

So yes, I graduated with First Class Lower Division (4.20). 😂

Not necessarily the academic one you thought, but definitely a First Class in the things that matter beyond the classroom.
To everyone who was part of this journey, thank you. ❤️

I almost did not post this….

For the past 5 years, I have consistently volunteered at National Character Parenting Summit (NCPS) and this year was no different.

I had the privilege of being the red carpet host and it was a beautiful experience like expected.

This is the 3rd time I’m making this post and hopefully it sticks because I’m tired of deleting and reposting 😂😂🫠

It’s been over a month since I answered the clarion call. The journey has been challenging but also nice as well. I’m genuinely looking forward to the rest of it.

I didn’t really use anything serious.

I spent a part of my birthday week making an impact in the society…..
We visited the incarcerated in kirikiri and hopefully gave them much to look forward to! For some, they made a single mistake and their lives shouldn’t be over because of that. Everyone deserves a chance to do and be better. by @theprinceadan

The same age MJ was when he was becoming unstoppable. I’m walking into this year with the same energy.
HR professional. Public speaker. Host. Advocate. And above all, a man led by purpose and faith.
God has been too intentional about this journey for me to slow down now. Every room I’ve stood in, every stage, every conversation has been preparation for what is coming next.
Year 23 is not just a number. It is a declaration.
