Save this for your Somerset story 🇬🇧

Almost too good to share. But we do have manners….

📍 THE TALBOT INN, MELLS

The Talbot is the whole Somerset story — from bath to bar, bed to barn.

Step through the old stone gateway and into its charming courtyard, with crackling fireplaces, beautifully atmospheric rooms, seriously good food and that warm, relaxed energy you wish you could bottle.

All tucked away in Mells, one of Somerset’s most beautiful historic villages.

Come for lunch. Stay for drinks. Check in. Forget to check out.

Not too shabby, actually.

🍻Talbot Summer BBQ🍻

Our last BBQ was quite the hoot, so we’re bringing it back for one final summer hurrah🌿

Saturday 29 August | 12–6pm

Join us for an afternoon of live music, a lovely summer BBQ and plenty of entertainment for the little ones, including free food for children.

Soak up the sunshine & enjoy a well-deserved drink and perhaps a little boogie while the summer lasts. ☀️

We’d love to see you there. Here’s a little look back at the last one… taken in The Talbot Inn by @thetalbotinn
