Here’s a quick recap from the last month of summer! It’s been very busy and SO MUCH FUN!!!

I went to Santa Cruz with Ryan and helped out with Frozen Camp! We were a tiny but mighty group. I had so much fun teaching the kids and playing with them!

Maeve and Bea my queens. Yes I want to build a snowman.

Ryan and I played the Santa Cruz way. We went to the Boardwalk and played the clown game like 30 times. I even went on the Giant Dipper! (No Ryan did not go with me)

My dad and I went on a very last minute trip to Las Vegas?! Like… 3 hours before the flight last minute.

Yeahhhh we get pretty crazy in Vegas…

We even went to MEOWWOLF’s Omega Mart! It was so cool. I’ve wanted to go for years and it was awesome to explore with my dad.

Fourth of July was really special. Ryan flew into Portland and joined some family yard games and barbecue!

I’ve been swimming in the rivers around here lots! The water’s cold but it feels so good in the sun. My secret spot is Dodge Park in Sandy. Shhhh don’t tell anyone.

Riley came home for a week and visited. She beat me in Othello several times so I had my villain arc and proceeded to watch an hour of strategy videos. Then I won.

I’ve gone paddle boarding a few times this week! Not pictured is Cooper, my mom, and Riley!

That’s the end of the recap! I leave for school in a few weeks, so it’s time to pack in as much Portland fun as possible before moving to Pittsburgh by @thetysonthames

2025 was a packed year! I started out rehearsing for Urinetown and helping out with Nelson's choirs. Urinetown performed and I'm really proud of the work we all did. Then, I went to Disneyland with the Nelson band and played xylophone (very poorly). When spring hit, @miaserak and I went on LOTS of nature adventures during our free periods and had lots of fun. Then, I graduated high school!!! Just after graduation, I performed the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee directed by @jaredbeideck and had so much fun. Summer started and my family took a road trip down to Disneyland, where we stopped at Crater Lake AND the Redwoods. It was a magical time. Then, I moved to Pittsburgh! I started as a freshman Musical Theatre major in August and met SO MANY amazing people. My college family has helped me through a lot of first semester challenges, and I can already tell how much I've grown. Finally, I came home for winter break and got to spend lots of time with my family! Overall, it was a pretty great year for me, and I'm excited and curious for what's coming next. by @thetysonthames
