Man, when I heard @lukecombs sharing his story about this song it made me think how sometimes the coolest life experiences can come out of the smallest choices.

Well, let me share a bit of a cool experience with you.

Two years ago to the day I met this pretty lady (and her mom) in line at the Enterprise in Vegas.

Next thing I know I’m heading up to Zion to sleep on her couch.

Through all the distance, travels, laughs, and what most would believe was just insane, here we are…

Two years later.

A wife to be, and an eternally grateful future husband.

Say hello.

Take the chance.

Go on the trip.

Say yes.

It may lead you to exactly where you are meant to be.

I love you, bug.

Let’s build this crazy mountain and climb all the way to the top.

Norby, thank you so much for your help making this become a reality. You are the best at what you do and a great man. @howmanycarats taken in Zion National Park by @thtguyjesse

Carlee: “We should do a sleepover on our boat”

Me knowing the boat doesn’t have much room or a bed: “I’m in.”

If you have a fun idea, just go figure it out and enjoy it.

Don’t let anyone’s negative energy ruin it.

Air mattress, comforter, sheets, pillows, music, lights.

It was great.

If you have a boat, especially if it doesn’t have a cabin, you should go sleep on it on a nice night.

This whole aviation thing is still crazy to me…

It does help when you’ve got a hot teacher showing you what’s what.

Hope y’all enjoyed your Memorial Day weekend however you chose to spend it.

That’s the point.

Live.

This country is so great and those we’ve lost along the way building and preserving that will forever be in our hearts.

Keep them alive by fulfilling your greatest potential and living a life worth their sacrifice.

Much love everyone.

Stay well. 🇺🇸🤙🏻 taken in New Jersey by @thtguyjesse

Think of that special someone you know who will complain about the most trivial things just so they have something to say.

You’re thinking about them right now…

The face they make, the sound of their voice, the motion they do with their hands.

All for one reason…just to bitch and complain.

Not to create a solution. Not to help the situation. Only to bitch.

People like that will be inherently miserable until the day they die.

If you are asking yourself if that’s you, I’m sorry but it probably is.

We all complain about shit, I don’t care who you are. We do.

However, letting your irritations turn you into a miserable person is a whole different level.

If you are unhappy, start by changing what comes out of your mouth and how you view the world.

You can always change your situation.

Fair and equitable across the board means…welp, fair and equitable across the board.

This captures exactly what has happened across the social media landscape though can be applied in most other areas.

Free Speech is arguably the most important freedom that we have in this country and over the last few years we’ve come the closest we ever have to losing it.

You cannot protect people from everything, and that sucks.

What you can do instead is provide the tools for them to protect themselves. Both physically and mentally.

Provide them the skills and information to critically think and make their own decisions.

It may not always work out for the best but it damn well beats the alternative.

I’ll be honest, I never thought I would see this man speak these words.

@zuck is on the right path and is beginning to surround himself with those who care more about the people having power instead of the government.

Nature is healing.
