This “kid” came to me about a year ago, he said he wants to compete. I’m not like most of the coaches who are throwing dust into clients eyes. I was honest with him that first there is some work to do. So here we are a year later he proved me and I think he’s ready for his first show in 2025 🫡 Can’t wait for this one ! He does his cardio at 5 am in the morning, eats his meals, trains really hard, does not complain, when he needs my mental support I’m there for him off course, and man I’m proud of you 😉

Neskončno hvaležna, obožujem vs🩷 by @trainedby_ts

No temu jaz recem dobro izpeljan prep 🤝

3 weeks to go, definitely on the flat side but that’s needed to get crispy.

Pretty much done conditioning wise, so we can fully relax the body going into peak week fresh 🧙‍♂️

The best part is doing this together just you and me ❤️ by @trainedby_ts

SUPER PROUD OF OUR ATHLETE 🖤
A true first-timer and competing natural!

She absolutely nailed her very first prep, and the result speaks for itself. Her dedication, consistency, and hard work have paid off in the best way possible.

We’re still 2.5 weeks out, and we couldn’t be more excited for her double debut on stage! 🔥

Now the big question…

Natural Bikini or Fit Model? 👙✨
Which category would you choose for her? 😋
