The Teen and Junior men took over the platform at the 2026 USA Powerlifting Midwest Regionals, and they brought some serious energy with them.

Big squats. Huge benches. Speedy deadlifts. PRs, battles, and plenty of moments that showed just how strong the future of this sport is.

Session 1 belonged to the women.

From the first squat to the final deadlift, the women of the 2026 USA Powerlifting Midwest Regionals brought the energy, intensity, and some incredible performances to the platform.

Strong lifts. Big moments. Plenty of emotion. This is what Regionals is all about.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

The 2027 USAPL Wisconsin State Championship will be held on January 9th, 2027 at the same venue as last year’s in Rothschild, WI.

Did you know you can bring your WHOLE team to a Mini Collegiates?? The Collegiate Cup Series allows teams to compete together and with other teams from all around and allows for lifters who wouldn't be able to compete at Collegiate Nationals. This means your newbie lifters, your Grad Students, and aged out lifters. Give ALL of your members the @usapowerlifting Collegiate experience by registering for a Collegiate Cup near you!!
